Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service
Got here to get and oil change done and they did what they call an inspection, which is when they find multiple "good" reasons to overcharge you. They quoted me $85 to change a lightbulb and when I asked why was it so expensive they said its in a hard to reach area and that they have to remove the headlight to change it. I called my brother who loves cars and he told me not to do it, and to just buy the bulb. When I got home it took my brother to change it in under two minutes. I knew that mechanics take advantage of female customers who have no idea how cars work but this is just insane and it should be illegal. NEVER GO HERE

Very Easy and Fast Purchase Process. You Deal with the Owner or the Finance Manager Directly. No Salesman's tack-ticks. Prices are very fair and they really go above and beyond for their customers. Will definitely be returning here for my daughters next car. Thank You Dennis and Eric. You guys are awesome.

I wish I read the reviews on this place before buying. Do NOT buy from this place! Total thieves. The minivan I bought stopped working ONE day after purchase! Transmission was off. I got my full refund by force.

Casa de Cadillac
Had such a great experience purchasing our vehicle from here. Great salespeople that are the right amount of pushy without being annoying. Once the deal is done they are great with follow up questions regarding all the bells and whistles with your car!

Victor's Auto Collision Repair
I know that not everyone's experience has been like mine, because victor would be out of business. However, I'm certain that I'm not the only unlucky person that had to deal with the owner and discover an unprofessional, rude, hostile and prepotent being. The problem was not that they kept my car for 2 weeks without doing any of the body work required. The issue was that not even once they called me to inform me they were requesting more parts and labor from my insurance. The situation escalated into a problem when the owner told me he did not care that I was paying for a rented car out of my own pocket, in addition to 'it's not my fault you got into a car accident' and 'if you want to pick up your car, make sure you bring a tow-truck'...Yelp is here to prevent you of the good and bad you might discover in businesses. Judge for yourself. FYI: there are numerous options w/better reviews.

Victor's Auto Collision Repair
Don't EVER take your vehicle to this place. Avoid at all cost. Their customer service is atrocious. Their estimated times for completion are way off. A simple repair takes nearly two months. They are terrible at following up, as they NEVER follow up. You will not know the status of your vehicle unless YOU follow up. This is by far the WORST place I have ever been to. I don't know how this place is still in business. Doesn't deserve any business. They make it seem like they're doing you a favor when they're milking your vehicle. I should've checked the reviews before sending my vehicle to this place. STAY AWAY!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
