I decided to give this place another shot and was very disappointed. The first time I went here, Chris did my nails and I got my toes done too and everything was fantastic. The second time, the customer service was miserable and no one could figure out how to function with Chris being gone. I came back today, and Chris was out of the country. I filled out the book and said I was there for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was great. I sat in the seat to dry my toes and watched as walk in after walk in got their nails done ahead of me. I asked when I was going to be seen and one of the ladies said she thought I was only getting a pedicure. Ridiculous.

Today was my first day as an employee there and it was one of the worst days I've ever experienced at a new job. My first customer and his girlfriend helped me more than some of the employees there. I was laughed at while I was with my first customer and when I asked the old chinese lady sitting next to a question I was looked at like I was speaking Spanish or something and then she would say something to the guy sitting on the other side of her and look over at me and they would start laughing. That was so embarrassing and hurtful to be treated like that at ur new job on the first day.

This place looks nice on the inside. If you want to be serviced quickly, make an appointment or show up right when they open. I started going here to get my brows waxed(every 1-2 wks) and for awhile they were doing a good job. But lately they seemed to rush and my brows are starting to look uneven and they are noticeably shorter. I enjoy the oil leg massage that comes with the pedicures though. The prices are decent.

Good service!!! Nice and very friendly staff. They have free drink. Been a regular customer for 5 year.good place to relax for regular day in the week.! Good experience and very gentle on my feet. They always update a new technique and hug me up all the time. Sometimes I just don't know what kind of nail I should to get and they recommend me a good one and make my nail more stronger. I will come back !!

I've been a customer of Tony & Tracy for 3 years now and I have enjoyed there service. I Am one that like to stick with the same salon. I shopped around several other salons before trying them and they nailed it. I enjoy the service and I am very pleased. Thank you Tony and Tracy for excellent service. See you guys in 2 weeks!

We had such an excellent service experience here! All nail techs were lisenced/certified, professional & helpful with everything! The waxing option was unavailable, but the foot/calf massage was amazing! Others who have rated this salon in a negative light were completely wrong. We will definitely be going back!

This place is hot or miss. Sometimes when they get busy, the owner who is a man will help do pedicures. He did mine once and that was enough because he was rushing and did not do a good job. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they rush you out of the chair. Like I said, hot or miss.

Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
