This is the second oldest Pizza place in the country only Lombardi's in New York City is older.... This is the pizza that Joe's in Whitesboro try to be as is Yetty's in Herkimer...Both are very good mind you but not as good as O'Scugnizzo's . Try the OSP special with garlic, tomatoes and sausage !!! Subs and daily specials are very resonably priced and very generous portions as is their chicken wings...HUGE !!!

Not sure what to say first. We live on border of NYC and Northern NJ, no better Italian food in USA. Been in Adirondacks for 10+ years now and all but gave up on high end Italian food in the area, until now! Not the cheapest place around BUT - you get what you pay for in this world. Food was excellent - on par with some of the finest eateries in NYC area. Presentation is wonderful, price is, IMHO, commensurate with what you are served, if anything, I'd actually say it's a tad less expensive them expected. The service is wonderful, exceptionally nice folks, very accomodating. A divine gastronomic experience the likes of which I never thought I'd ever get in the Adirondack/Utica area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

The Tailor and the Cook is one of the brightest spots in Utica's already rich Culinary nightlife. Attentive service and a comfortable atmosphere support provocative cuisine produced with the finest local products, whenever possible. The management of The Tailor and the Cook is devoted to offering their clientele great food and a path to the farmers and producers who make it happen. The relationship between the food we eat and where it is produced is of growing concern to many. The Tailor and the Cook brings the many bounties of CNY's rich Agriculture to the forefront, giving the public the opportunity to know where there food comes from and how it is produced. Featuring Local Product whenever possible, menus change based on seasonality, freshness, and availability of local goods. A rich and generous selection of Beer, Wine, and Spirits round out the Culinary Package.

We walked in without reservations as we just saw it from the road. Me and my wife got a very dirty look from the bartender, I guess we weren't locals so we didn't deserve a smile. We eventually sat down and had a very friendly waitress. The menu was small, but very nice and reasonable. We ordered some tapas and loved every bit of it. This is a neat little place with great food. We didn't let the bartender bother us, but she was aweful. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it and would go back.

in among the delicious old-world baked goods and food products, there is absolutely fantastic tomato pie. (Napoli's has won the Best Tomato Pie distinction almost every year, and for good reason.) The fresh loaves of bread alone are worth the trip, and they're fresher and less expensive than what you'll get on a supermarket shelf. Give them a try!

I visit Utica regularly and have often passed the signs to Aquavino. Tonight I decided ti give it a try, and I am glad that I did! The dining room is a bit hard to find - you have to take the elevator down from the catering hall on the first level, but once there, it is a lovely space with views of the Erie Canal. The servers were gracious and even replaced a drink that I spilled at no extra charge. The food was very good but not outstanding. My steak was billed as a bone-in Kansas City strip but was only 1/2 the thickness of Kansas City strip steaks that I have had in Kansas City. Despite that it was well-prepared and came with a side of pasta with a spicy marinara sauce. I will definitely return on future visits to the area.

What did you do call high or stone? They just offer normal customer service. I never had a rude response from them. I think this is more less a troll trying to destroy business people.

I frequently dine at delmonicos, and have for years. delmos is widely hyped in the CNY area, and it lives up to all the talk, in mu opinion. Its a classy restaurant where you dont have to dress up in your sunday's best. the food is reasonably priced, esp considering the enormous samples they give you. the waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable about the product, too. what makes it stand out the most, though, was its personality. From the hostesses to the waitstaff to the busboys and other employees, to the caricatures on the wall to the magician who went table to table to perform, Delmonico's was all about character. I rate it A++

My wife and I went there the other night for the new ""BoilerMaker Burger""! Needless to say I was disappointed in what I received. The burger was cooked way beyond what we ordered, number one! Number two, it was bland as heck. If it weren't for the BBQ sauce that they give you with it, it had no flavor. And, they used commercailly frozen and battered onions petals instead of making their own. I've been in the food business a long time and have to give this one a definate ""Thumbs Sideways""!

Hello and welcome to Nail Creek Pub & Brewery. We opened our doors in March of 2008 with the intent of bringing craft beer to the Mohawk Valley. At that time, most people said that the areas citizens didn't want craft beer. They told us that nobody would buy it. Luckily we proved them wrong! Its been a fun ride and only getting better. Although we are mostly known for our large beer selection, we take out food VERY seriously. Our menu has evolved over the years from basic pub food to a perfect mix of comfort and contemporary foods. We decided to go with a smaller menu that we could perfect and keep absolutely fresh. If you haven't had our burger you are in for surprise. We use locally pastured grass fed beef and Utica Bread Brioche to deliver the freshest and highest quality burger possible. Be sure to check out our mussels and frittes available Thursday night through Saturday. The Prince Edward Island Mussels are steamed and served in a white wine, garlic, butter sauce. They are served with grilled bread, frites and two homemade aoili's. On Wednesday nights we offer a gourmet dinner. The weekly dish is always a surprise! Regular Menu also available. Every Sunday we offer Utica's best brunch. Our brunch menu is ever evolving and will always excite and please. Sunday's in Utica are alive and well, and we would be honored to have you spend yours with us.
