    Today at this location myself and my girlfriend went through the drive through at aprrox. 8:30pm and ordered a Premium Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken, and already from the begining there was an issue on the wait time. I normally don't mind to wait a bit but this was a rather longer wait than normal so therefore I exit my vehicle and knocked on the 1st drive through window in order to to find out the status on the wait time. I was greeted by team member Crystal which rudely stated she did not have an idea what was going on and so therefore I went back to my vehicle which a second later while 2 vehicles in front of me are waiting for their food at the 2nd window she directs me to go to the 1st window and provides my selected food choice. I then arrived at my home to discover that that the salad was poorly prepared. The salad was not suffient ie: missing tomoates, shredded salad which is used for Big Mac used, and absent of any cheese. I returned to the McD's and brought it to the attention of the manager Tiffany which agreed that it was poorly prepared and personally made me another to standard and return my money. I really think we have an issue of poor leadership here. Yes, Tiffany corrected the issue that should have never been but when I requested a manager I had to wait for her to come from the back office which tells me no supervison is the issue which leads to team members like Crystal to prepare unsatifactory meals. I must add that when I arrived to correct my issue the team memeber which was working the 2nd window smirk and smiled and then later Crystal comes up with a smile as well as if she knew why I had returned. This McDonalds shows no professionalism at all and Corporate really needs to make an assessment on leadership, staff and do a little quality assurance.
