Rest Inn Tyler
Costumer service was very poor. Room appearance looked ok until we pulled the sheets back it's was stains and hair under them. We asked for fresh sheet n the front desk lady had an attitude about us asking for them. And even the fresh sheets had human hair on them and she gave us 2 sets of sheets. Room didn't looked as if anyone had cleaned it looked as if someone spot cleaned it and still half did that much because it was old food in the refrigerator. Will I stay here again ? Never again! And I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even the devil him self!

Also owner of rest Inn in Tyler. Hires maids that are filthy and brings children to work with them. Strongly discourage anyone from staying at the hotel. The maid doesn't clean appropriately and office manager does nothing but laugh about it. I will never stay here again.

We'll me an my girlfriend had been driving all day an come thru tyler an couldn't find a room no where, so we decided to get a room at the days inn an suits an you would think it would be a little bit cleaner, for one when we walked In the room it was 100 degrees in the room because the ac wasn't on, when my girlfriend went to take a shower the shower was nasty, the shower walls were nasty there was a dirty rag in the shower curtain on the rod from the people before us, there was hair on the bed when you pulled back the sheets, just over all nasty an it's almost 11 pm an it's still hot in the room. Relax Inn
This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. They don't clean the rooms like they claim they do. The management is very shifty. They are extremely rude and talk to you disrespectful if you have an issue. I also had a issue where they refused my rooms from being tax off after 30 days when they agreed with it, as well as raise my rates on a whim. When trying to resolve the issue he says so what's it's his hotel he can do whatever he wants to. Ill NEVER stay here again.

Was looking for nice place near Loop 323 and Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. Saw this was a new Motel so I tried it out for a 5 night stay. The Manager and all employees were very polite and efficient. The maid asked every morning if anything was needed and room was always very clean. The small refrigerator and microwave were great for breakfasts and snacks. Bed was very firm but comfortable. Room was good sized with nice flat screen HDTV. Price was cheaper than surrounding properties and convenient to Airport and Tyler Rose Garden(a must see).

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was small but even with no vacancy at hotel, it was never too busy to sit down. Coffee, juice, waffles, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, and pastries were offered. Easy access to Loop and various restaurants within 1/2-3 miles. Will stay here again.

Relatively new hotel-rooms were fresh with modern amenities. Fridge and Microwave helped keep meal expense down. Staff was friendly and polite. Maid checked every day if anything need cleaning or replacing.
