This counselor is highly recommended by medical professionals and I found him personable, professional, and very helpful.

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences. As I entered the building and approached the front desk the clerk didn't even raise her head to greet me. I spoke first because it was obvious she wasn't interested in me, her job or just being a decent person. I spoke "good morning," and she just looked at me. Not one word from her. I asked if I needed an appointment for a drug screen, she then says "nope. Just sign there and mark other." I needed this screen for graduate school. She then escorted me to the back, never looked at me, only gave short instructions. Zero basic common courtesy. Then when I was finished she shoved papers in front of me and only said "sign where it says donor." I signed and left without one word outside what was absolutely necessary. She needs another job. One where she isn't inflicted upon the general public. Classless. Unprofessional and a sad excuse for an employee who is suppose to be the face of your company. If I could rate with zero stars or even negative I would. What a disgusting person.

The Lab
Rude and unprofessional. They didn't have anyone at the reception desk and waited about ten minutes for someone to attend me. When no one showed up, I called out through the reception window for someone to attend me. I could hear voices, no one would come to attend me, I was being ignored. I then called the number to The Lab, and the lady was curt toward me when I requested for someone to attend me. I was made to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. Honestly, they don't deserve a one rating because their demeanor, lack of professionalism, and lack of total customer care is below the minimum. Their service is atrocious. I hope to never deal with them ever again.

Dr Wick was amazing. Waited a month for a.$275 refund. Lied by the office staff that it was mailed last week. Called today and has not gone out yet. Poor business office.

Top notch and thorough. Very professional and cares about doing what is right, not just keeping people coming back.

RUDENESS EVERY TIME!!! Took my grand daughter for a court paternity test (guy wanted it, we had offered to do it months before, much cheaper). Showed up, we were the only customers in the place. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The lady that came was nothing but RUDE. Had to go back the next day for the test, because we did not have an appointment, but the guy went and got right in for his part??? Have not heard anything from them about the results, has been 3 weeks. Called to check on the results and was again rudely greeted.

Very nice people here. Great doctors. Dr. Wick is the best glaucoma specialist around. They always treat patients with care and respect and are always friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Cleaning Co
I have been a customer for 7yrs or more until today. I put 2 items in to be cleaned when I went to pick up my beautiful dress was missing. I was told it was in claims and the ticket read it was missing. I was able to catch the manager before she left and was told the owner went on vacation and it will be a week before they can try to resolve the issue. I know some one has to be left in charge. Again I was told no the owner checks in with all the stores daily and she will relay information. It seams to me that when they knew it was a problem why they didn't call me. I need this dress for wedding this weekend. Now Iam going to have to search around for a plum dress which is a hard color to find. Iam do disappointed and hurt. I really think some one took my dress. They are already trying to offer me money before they even try to resolve or find my dress. What they are offering does not even cover the cost of the dress not to mention the inconvenience of me having to find another dress in time for the wedding. Not a happy person.
