Holy Cow! This place has the biggest and best fish sandwhich EVER. Technically it is the Grouper Sandwich but it is huge and everything you could ask for if you are a fish sandwich lover. Walking distance from the beach we were pointed here by a couple of ladies that worked the tourist info center on the way into Tybee Island. My wife had a boied shrimp platter that she swears was some of the best shimp we had on our whole trip including Savannah and Charleston. The A/C wasn't working well that day but it didn't matter. The girls working the place were friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This little breakfast place is quite good for beach food. The food is diner-esque and the prices are very reasonable. There are a number of places that offer buffet's...and Sunrise does on weekends. However, you can order a la carte, as well. Two people can eat quite well for $5.

This past summer while visiting Savannah, we went to a real tourist trap on Tybee Island, ""Crab"" or something. We wanted to just come back to Atlanta, but we went back out to the beach the next day at Tybee. We found a true tacky, in a good way, seafood shack, called ""Fannie's"" It was perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Just straight forward fried seafood baskets. Oh so fresh, with the jumbo shrimp being our favorite. Our female server was a little burly, but very nice. We asked her what to do the rest of the afternoon, and she said to go upstairs to the Tea Dance that Fannie has every Sunday afternoon. Up we went, and wow, about a 100 or so women, doing a Texas line dance. Well being a couple of guys from Atlanta, we just jumped right in. Those girlz in Savannah know how to party, and cook also.

If you're looking for fast food and fast service, or your idea of good seafood includes batter and oil, keep looking! If you're looking for good low country boil seafood and a laid back atmosphere, this place is great. Yeah, it looks like a tourist trap, but it's some really great food. Slow down, relax, and don't go in a hurry. Loved sitting out under the trees!

If you would like a great meal with your family this is not the place. save yourslef the time and effort and find somewhere else on Tybee to eat. My family vacations on tybee every year- this year we decided to try something different- this restaurant had the best food and service - the shrimp were fried just right and the snow crab was awesome. Owner wasn't much of a personality but the server was very funny and attentive- would recommend bringing a jacket- little cold inside building! The fried strawberry dessert was the bomb.

The manager is a jerk to the customers ! His comments were customers aren't always right. This is my restaurant and my house. First of all you don't come in my house. He insulted the birthday girls mom and insulted her guests. He got in my face and I had to yell at him to get out of my face. The food was undercooked then over cooked. This was terrible and I will not be back

Excellent food and, although the prices were higher than your average place and we had to wait in line for 20 minutes, it was worth it. We're going back tomorrow AM, probably a little earlier to see if we can get in without waiting.

We had a crab burgers, fried shrimp, fries, . Burger was salty, doughy, overpowered a few bites of crab. Shrimp nothing spectacular, fries(home fries with skins) yummy but could easily be counted. Overpriced , small portions, ok if you don't know good food.

Yep, same menu, same Caribbean decor, same fantastic food, service and Tybee ambience. So far I have sampled all my old favorites - grilled fish, crab cakes, red beans and rice, and chicken tortilla salad (hold the dressing, please, but pass the hot sauce.) My various friends and dining companions have had the rib special, hamburger, french fries and a wonderful apple-pecan pie a la mode. and the raves kept coming. Run, don't walk, and have a meal and a drink. Or two.

Excellent Food!!!!!! Highly recommended by locals. I ate at Sundae Café on vacation. I crave their food daily. You do have to park at a parking meter and then cross the road. It seems unassuming from the outside but it is a classy small restaurant on the inside. The food is exceptional!! I cant wait to go back to Tybee and eat at the Sundae Café!!!!
18 Tybrisa St
Good location and the inside is really nice and cool. I got the crazy roll which was amazing all the sushi looked great there. If I had to change something would be to add Japanese food to the menu. A lot of people on the island crave Japanese food and have to go all the way to Wilmington island to get it. If you added that to the menu I know you would get a ton of business!
