Worse place to live ever!!!!! I lived here for 7 months and I am moving out TODAY. The cops are always there and I was fortunate enough to live next door to drug addicts. They screamed and threatened my fiancé for moving boxes out of my apartment at 9:30am (I am moving out TODAY)! I know for a fact that many people there are on welfare and do not work (take that however you would like). I thought it would be a great place to live while going to college...I was wrong. After someone getting pepper sprayed outside of my apartment at 1:00am, someone lighting the dumpster on fire, someone constantly dumpster diving, my drug addict neighbors screaming, threatening, and partying all night , I knew that it was time to move. I could not have my family or friends over because I was embarrassed that my apartment smelled like pot. I could not throw the trash out after dark because someone was usually in the dumpster. The management hardly ever answers the phone and told me verbatim "I don't check voice mails". Don't bother calling the emergency pager, that I have felt that I needed to call three times over the seven months I lived there (one of them being to tell them that the dumpster was on fire and almost catching cars on fire), because it is always disconnected. The apartments are nice inside, but it is not worth it because you can smell weed through the walls and there is a half inch gap underneath the doors that allows bugs always come in and you can hear everything that goes on outside. Don't let the gate at the front entrance fool you, this is not a safe or convenient place to live...unless you are a drug addict and like very unprofessional staff.
They really deserve 0 stars. The apartments look nice on the surface in reality they were cheaply built but because they were fairly new a year ago it was hard to tell that everything would soon be falling apart. They claim to be luxury, they definitely are not. These apartments are extremely under staffed so if you have a maintenance request (you WILL have a maintenance request) be prepared to wait a while for it to be resolved. Also, if for some reason you decide to ignore everyone's advice to not live in these apartments, make sure you ask to see the one that you would be living in instead of the model apartment. Our apartment has a bug problem that has been going on for a year now and all the staff wants to do is keep having some pest company come spray even though it's not working because the problem is coming from all the pigeons on the roof. So make sure they put you in a bldg that doesn't have pigeon droppings all over the roof.I am counting down the remaining 7 months. From now on I will only rent where there are ALL good reviews, I've learned my lesson, the hard way.
