It was not plesent. Had to wait on pizza about 10 or 15 min. Was not busy at all but still very slow. The worst part was when I went to pay, big sign out side that said 4.99 buffet 7 days a week. I want to pay for 6 buffet and the lady said 52.31. Should have been 4.99 with drink mine was 5.99 plus 1.99 for drink and we had water not supposed to charge for water. So just don't go by the advertising on the window it is false information. Will not be back to pizza hut never

I come here alot pizza other stuff is at 5 star rating... parking good.food good.great service great with kids aswell.. outside dinning with a non smoking n smoking area outside... 5 star all around ty

Their Frappe, Espresso machines are, 9 times out of 10 "out of order." What very few times that do have all their equipment working you have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru. Their employees are very argumentative with the customers. Wait time is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Ability to actually provide what's on their menu worse than horrible. Awful all the way around. They really need to "inservice" the workers on every aspect of their job duties.

The service is awful! ! Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru just to order. There were only 4 cats ahead of us.

Worst food , customer service, and experience ever!!! Will never be back and won't recommend this place to anyone. Food wasn't fresh, drinks were disgusting and I asked for a refund they gave excuses; claim to have given me a refund I checked my bank statement and that was a lie! This restaurant is awful!!!

My husband and I were very disappointed with this McDonald's we ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits only received 2 we also ordered 2 happy meals one for a girl the other for a boy the one for a girl was fine however the one for our son only had chicken no fries or apple slices which we ordered we were charged for things we did not get and the manager did nothing to remedy this for us. We will not be going to this McDonald's ever again.

Worst experience ever on oct. 30th 2015. Came in for a meal after driving 2 hours and was charged for water to start, no food on bar, dirty tables,no napkins,etc. The pizza finally came out and was so bad and flavorless not to mention crust was basically just a flour disc with cheap ingredients piled on. Took 1 bite and spit it in my napkin asked for a refund was told no and had security called on me and my wife for "causing problems" wgile being asked to leave. Corporate and health department will recieve a call for this. Here is corporate number for help to others.....(501) 605 1175. This place and these people should be ashamed.

The most AWFUL eating experience I've had in my entire life! (not kidding!) The dessert pizza bar had three empty pans with no pizza on it. Empty container with NO tomatoes. Barely any pizza on the main bar to eat. Did have a full pan of fried chicken, though. No forks. All the drinks in the soda machine were flat or didn't have any carbonation. Told manager, she said they must be out. So, I ate my pitiful salad and one piece of pizza without anything to drink. I remembered I had a soda in the car and got it so that I could eat my meal. Manager shouts across the store to tell us that I can't have my drink. I informed her that I paid for a drink and they didn't have anything. She rudely said she doesn't care, that I can't have my drink. So, I was just leaving without eating and told her I wanted a refund. She wouldn't give me one. Her reason was that I already ate.....NOOOOOOOO, I didn't! I didn't have anything to drink and couldn't eat my food. There wasn't anything on the pizza bar to eat anyways! I don't know how she made manager, unless they just don't have any standards at all at this company. This place should shut down immediately! We ended up going to Taco Bell to actually eat. But, Pizza Pro will be paying me 17.22 for that DISASTER of an eating experience. I'll make sure of that! All the customers that were forced to pay for drinks, should demand their money that this store stole from them. They are charging for a product & service that they cannot deliver of even have available! Save yourself the money, time, and awful experience, go eat somewhere else!!!!!!!
