My family and I have been going here for a couple of years now. Last year I was told I had cancer. When I started my treatments my hair started to fall out. Everyone there made me feel special and even let me come in before the shop opened so they can buzz my head. Now that my hair is going back ( more curly and more gray) they are very helpful keeping it healthy with organic dye and with styling is as it grows. All the staff is very friendly and kind. Can not say enough about them. Thank you for everything.

I went in for a black to grey ombré, simple. It comes out blue rather than black. I didn't say anything because it didn't look too bad. I was told this would last 2/3 months. A week later it's completely washed out. I go in for her to "fix" it. I paid another 15$ for nothing. Looked the same all she did was put more black in. And then rushed me out without even drying my hair bc her next appointment was there. Completely rude. $125 down the drain. I spoke with the manager and she says "well I'll just be honest I don't do refunds". Sorry but if your employees mess up my hair multiple times I'm in titled to my money back. I even heard a different stylist saying she had to give money back bc she messed up a blonde color.. but still charged her 50 for "products". This place is awful don't waste your money!! $125 down the drain and be damage to my hair for nothing. Box dye is WAY better than this place.

Majestic III Salon and Spa
Very disappointed in my current visit to Majestic....had a visit in February to have my hair dyed silver\\gray...the beautician told me 2 visits would do the job to my satisfaction!! After the second visit and 200.00 my hair turned gold... I called and she stated come back and I will fix for you..at that I was shocked to have to pay another 100.00 and still the color is not what I asked for!!! It's all about the money to them and not customer satisfaction!! The owner was rude and had no concern for my issue!!! If your thinking of trying them out, DON'T!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!! Try Deja Vu in Wilkes- Barre!! Nice groups of stylists!

Hair Flair
We have never had a pleasant experience with this place, which is a shame. The location is good and the haircuts are adequate (nothing special). It seems to be run by self indulgent ladies, who aren't overly friendly, apparently choose or change their hours based on a whim, and don't really care about customer convenience. Once, during business hours, we approached the door and someone was actually asleep on the couch, inside! They like to close up early so, if you stop by for a quick trim within an hour of closing time, customers or not, they will usually tell you to come back another time. We've started driving to a salon about half an hour away, and it has been worth it!

Just a moment...
