I had some damage to my driver's side door and bumper of my car do to a girl backing into me. I took my car to three different shops for estimates before I decided on Buddy. Buddy was so friendly and thorough at explaining everything to me - he even took extra time when he was doing the estimate to pop a bend out of the door so that I could open it all the way to get it and out. This was even before I decided to use him so I found it especially kind since he clearly didn't have to do that for me.His estimate was the lowest of the three that I received and he was the only one that didn't make me feel like he was just making up stuff that needed to be replaced or re-painted. He wasn't pushy at all and when I picked up my car the total due was even lower than the original estimate - how often does that happen when someone is honest enough to tell you that a part was cheaper than what they thought it would be? I was very impressed.I dropped my car off around noon on a Monday and was told that it would probably be done by the end of the day on Friday. It was finished Thursday morning - a day and a half earlier than expected and it looks perfect! I am so impressed with how perfect it looks and I will definitely recommend Buddy to everyone I know.It's rare that I have experienced such good service and kindness such as what I experienced with Buddy's!
For being part of Jim Norton this center is not worth what you pay for. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Jim Norton so when my car got hit I thought it would be best to take it to their collision center. It took them two weeks to fix a dent and my bumper. The I called when it was suppose to be done and was informed it was in the clean up portion and that it would be done later that day. Which it wasn't so I call the next day at noon and it still wasn't ready this time I was told they just had to finish up some paperwork. They call me back two hours later saying they still need to put something on but it should be done by 4pm. I am insured by State Farm and thank God State Farm took care of my car rental. I would never go back hear for the time and money that was spent. The repairs looked fine as I hoped they would after a two week wait. Also do not get a rental from them they claim to price match hertz at 18$ a day but hertz quoted me a lower price of 14$ a day, when I confronted them about it they said oh well we can't match that.
I brought in a 1972 Ranchero that had been the recipient of a terrible paint job in Sapulpa. It had orange peel all over the car and looked terrible. Jason took his time color sanding and buffing and when I picked up the car I was amazed at how it looked. He worked miracles that frankly I didn't think could be done. I also had both windows that needed adjusting because of sealing issues. Once again I had the moldings put on from another shop and they were not right. I have taken this car to four shops trying to get the windows fixed. Jason the miracle worker cleaned the channel where the rubber fits and worked for a complete day on getting them perfect. When I drove onto 244 back to sapulpa I was amazed at the difference. It is a completely different experience being able to hear my Magnaflow exhaust. Thank you Jason for a job well done! You are the best.
I've dealt with Danny Myers twice in the last 6 months and they have been wonderful! First, just 4 weeks after purchasing my 2014 Chevrolet I was in a minor accident that left my front bumper in need of replacement/paint. Michael managed to track down the elusive parts for a brand new model in record time. They dealt with the insurance company and promptly notified me of all new damages found. The paint matched perfectly and I was so pleased with their work that I retuned a few months later when the paint on my drivers door was damaged by "vandalism". Again Michael provided outstanding customer service and suggested repair techniques that may (and did) work and save me thousands on having the entire area repainted. I got my car back the same day, washed, waxed and looking brand new again. I would not take my car anywhere else.
I went by to have a bumper re-attached. Not only did the man (Buddy I assume) do that for me, immediately, but he also put a few screws in the other bumpers to ensure they didn't fall off. And he put the fog lights back in properly. AND he did it for no charge. I was so impressed, I said I would sing his praises and spread the word. What a decent guy, super helpful. Highly recommend!!
These guys are the best in town for auto repair, hands down. They are a smaller, family owned business and they truly take pride in their work. You won't find a better price or quality anywhere in Tulsa. Thank you Donald and the staff for helping me out with my truck, you made it like new again.
Crazybrush Collision fixed my car and I was more than pleased with the work they did. The owner really worked hard to help me out with my car collision deductible. Crazybrush Collision is the only auto body repair shop in Tulsa that I will use.
