Heritage Apartments
I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I came down to deciding between this place and another pricier place. I figured a pricier option had to be better but after finding consistent positive reviews on the management and location online, I decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did. The apartment manager Jason is a very kind and gracious personality. He handled every meeting with me professionally but personable at the same time. They are open on pets but do require a deposit. There is a dog run next to the pool and plenty of walkways with doggie bags and trash cans so you can clean up after your pet. The pool is open during the summer assuming it hasn't been raining often and it is closed on Mondays for cleaning. There is an exercise facility with a treadmill, stationary bike, and all in one sort of machine. Laundry rooms are placed strategically around the property. The neighbors are very friendly and it is the type of place with personal appeal, where people may place benches or ornaments in front of their place. The courtyard area has a table and a lot of well maintained plants. Very quaint and homey. The 2 bedroom apartment itself is very nice and has a great monthly rate. Additional money can be paid for covered parking but I never had an issue finding parking. There are plenty of handicap spots near the apartments. People are very nice and I love the amount of dogs and the courtesy to pet owners. There is a security vehicle patrolling the premises at night which can be notified for any concerns. I had no issues with maintenance. Jason is an amazing asset and the complex has done well under his management which I believe spans a decade. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Robbie Scott Leasing
Robbie Scott was the leasing agent who rented to me years ago when I was a renter in 2003 before she had her own company. Time went by and I became a homeowner. When I needed my own leasing agent, I went back to the company she had represented. Her former employer would not disclose any information except to say she was no longer with them, so I began searching for her on the internet. That is how Important Robbie was to me because I knew as a Landlord, she would take care of my property in a professional manner, yet compassionate as well. You see, the company my husband worked for went bankrupt while we were her tenants and I was only working part-time so we were late on rent a few times. In fact, we depleted our retirement in order to make ends meet but we did it. She didn't dive in with threats but she still stood firm. I know Robbie from both sides of the coin. She never once told me my landlord's names or even what state they were from when I was a tenant. Now that I am the homeowner, I know she is one in whom I can trust, whether it is with my personal information or if there is a hardship with the tenant, she will get the job done in a decent yet professional manner. I recommend Robbie Scott Leasing and Property Management whether you are the homeowner or the tenant. She and Debra make a great team.

Pheasant Run Apartments
I have been living in Pheasant Run Apartments for 2 years now. Considering that I am gone for 16 hours a day and only sleep here, its not that bad but could be better. The apartments themselves are VERY outdated. The leasing staff in the office is sometimes rude and there is a constant issue with bugs. I have brought it to their attention multiple times. Spiders are found crawling around the apartment multiple times, as well as ants coming from the window AC unit. The maintenance staff is really friendly and very timely when completing work orders, but they only work til 5 pm so its sometimes an inconvenience when you work the same hours and have to be there in the apartment to explain the problem. The apartments are generally quiet at night, no loud noises, no loud neighbors. The walls are somewhat thin so when someone else flushes their toilet or runs water, you can hear it through the pipes in your home. The mowing crew keeps the property looking nice, just wish they didn't work so early in the morning on a weekend which wakes everyone up.

Plantation Apartments
Well Located, Beautiful Property, Fair Rents, Awesome Management!!! I am going on two years of living here at the Highland Park Apartments. Recently new management has taken over and they are amazing! The property is well maintained and it shows that the office staff takes great pride in their work. They are incredibly friendly and it seems they have done a great job keeping on top of all the residents maintenance requests They have made some great improvements to the outside of the buildings and the courtyard. The community is open and spacious making it a very comfortable place to live. The laundry room has an ample amount of machines and I never have to wait to do my laundry. The office manager has told me that they are about to turn it into a gated community, build a dog park and a grill area for everyone. I am very excited and proud to be a resident of this community!

Sonoma Grande Apartments
I love it out here very peaceful and quiet. I love my one bedroom, I actually feel like a princess living out here lol. You do have to make a certain income to live out here. They are very strict on making sure you pick up your pet poo which is rightfully so. My family was so impressed by the place and that I actually lived across the street from a golf course. Very nice out here. Never had a problem with getting anything fixed. Happy tenant right here.

Tuscany Hills
Nice apartments. But the people who run it do not keep track of their records. Ended up paying a lot more than just monthly rent by the end. I got my deposit back because I was a great tenant and my apartment was immaculent when I moved out. But they owed me $178.00 that oops they decided to keep. And for the frustration of that I gave them 2 stars there are to many apartments out there to have to deal with incompetent employees who run the office.

Heatherwood Apartments
The new management system has changed from great to horrible. Instead of a leasing agent we now have an entertainment director who should be discussing all the mechanical/structural problems to be fixed instead of what activity we all should be doing. I did not move in here to feel like a "retirement community" that requires buses to take me on trips around town (for a cost). Please just collect our rent and fix what needs fixing.

Tower Crossing Holdings
I'm a current resident, have lived here happily for two months. It's quiet and in a really convenient location. I can run to reasors whenever I want and it's close to my gym. The apartment I moved into has new appliances and had been redone before I moved in, clean and a cozy studio. Quiet. I had to place one minor work order and it was fixed the same day. I think management changed over in the past few months.

Amazing company to work with! I needed a place on short notice and they not only delivered, it's PERFECT. Amazing location, darling updates and layout, maintenance has been on the ball about getting the little small stuff I'm ocd about done. I really couldn't have asked for a better company to sign a lease with. On top of all of that - they even wrote me a thank you note. Cheeky - but I loved it!
