Cars were amazing!! It was kind of hard to choose from, but Brittany took very good care of us. She looked at each car with us and showed us everything. We went on three test drives and actually had a fun time. It's strange to say we had a fun time buying a car, but at this place it's hard not too! Family owned and they took care of us like family. We absolutely loved this environment and definitely recommend!

Bad bad bad. Bought a car from them, pd 14000 over blue book paid huge payments for over 2 years went to trade it in and they wanted 3000! Was originally told to keep it for a year and I could trade it in. Lived the car hated them. Finally got fed up with them and told them I wasn't going to make another payment. 4 says later they pickex it up. Never again. Crooks all the way.

We needed a van for our daughter and grandchild that was reliable, had air conditioning and was reasonable priced. These guys worked very hard to find just the right van all while they were very busy selling many other cars to other people.This is a busy car lot with a lot of inventory. There's no pressure, but take your time and test drive the cars. Looks like they have been in business since 1991 and that says a lot since most used car dealers don't make it that long. Great experience...couldn't be happier.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They screw you over every chance they get. Our transmission went out less than 30 days after we got the car. They were rude about fixing it. They are all hateful when you call to ask them anything. They lost my payment that I paid to them in their office. It showed on my bank account, I sent them that information with receipt paid. They still didn't fix the problem. Took them 2 months to fix it. Finally we traded in the car we call to all them about the pay off. They tell me they can't tell me anything or send me anything and if it's not updated on my credit report then there is nothing they can do about it. Seriously?????? Once again they do not help you and are rude. And they DO NOT report to the credit report like they tell you. They show you behind when you aren't. I never made a late payment. I have all my receipts and they still snow we paid late. So seriously go anywhere but here. You do not want to deal with them you will regret it!!!!!!!!

I bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee about a week ago, Sunday on our way to church it started making a noise and jerked when you accelerated after you stopped at a stop light or stop sign. Made an appointment for 10:30 the next morning, took it in and they gave us a loaner vehicle which was nice but completely shocked that we are already having problems with a brand new vehicle. They called the next day to let us know that the gears were installed incorrectly and that the parts were completely destroyed and were shocked that it ran as far as it did. They are ordering new parts and have to rebuild the back end of the Jeep. I will not get it back till next week. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle and I understand that mistakes happen but not a good first experience. I placed 3 calls today to a Justin F. and left him a detailed voicemail about what I am dealing with and how upset I am. He never returned my phone calls. So not only a bad first impression on the quality of the vehicle I am also disappointed in the fact that the sales manager cannot even return a customers phone call! Definitely will tell all my friends and family to never use them!
