Secure Place Storage
The facilities were good as expected, but dealing with the owner Robin was horrible. I spoke to her several times and she was ALWAYS RUDE! Read the fine print on your contracts. They prorate on your way in, but not on your way out. In our case our escrow closed on the 1st and had everything moved out by the 3rd. We were still charged for the entire month. Robin has a racket going for her. Never again would I use this storage, because I would have to deal with her erratic rude behavior.

A-One Mini Storage
My son Casey Bruder rented a unit (13) in March because he and his wife had to go to Texas to help her aunt take care of her elderly grandmother. We went to retrieve their possessions today and his 1800.00 bed, which was a Serta California King, and was not even a year old, was ruined from water damage because the roof leaked. There was mold all over it. The contract does say that the lessor is not responsible for ANY damage even though it is clearly no fault of their own. Now that Ithey have returned to Tulsa and need their belongings, they have no bed and no extra money to purchase one. My advice is if you rent a unit, buy your own insurance. they thought their things were safe, especially from water damage, but apparently they were not.

Stowaway Mini Storage
DANGEROUS AND HOSTILE TO TENANTS, -BEWARE!!! Owner/Manager Mike Brady (whose almost never there) will cut off your locks, remove 10 times the value of your personal stuff versus what he claims you owe (e.g.$2000 vs. $116), and threaten to have you arrested if you try to get back into the unit. Beware of Tricky and Oppressive Rental Agreements demanding excessive fees if youre paying late, which if your poor will likely result in confiscation of all your stuff! Mr. Brady backdated my Rental Contract, then a day after signing the contract he cut off my locks, put on his, then demanded ridiculous sums to get back in and threatened to have me "picked-up" by police anywhere if they saw me. Theres no onsite manager and also his rental agreements differ greatly from most chain-type mini storage places. Also notice numerous unlocked-units yet contain tenants personal belongings and almost never see any other tenants at the property, should have been a telltale sign this place is trouble!!! To date he hasn't returned over $2000 in my personal belongings!!! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!!!

SecurCare Self Storage
The new management at this location has on numerous occasions treats customers with rudeness and unproffesionalism. And they treat long time customers like the money they spent in the past isn't appreciated. I would suggest looking elsewhere to rent a storage space, preferrably with another company since Securecare doesn't value it's customers

SecurCare Self Storage
new management very unprofessional. doesn't value long good standing customers. secret late fees. i suggest using another company to store your things and then you would at least have a chance at getting good customer service. shame on Securecare upper management for putting the new manager at the 62nd and Peoria location. your company will be judged accordingly
