We were involved in an accident last Friday (07/31), In Tulsa, on I-44 eastbound. Within about 15 mins of the event, Trooper Jackson arrived on the scene. We were all a bit shaken up, but Trooper Jackson's calm presence and demeanor helped immensely. After checking to see if all involved were uninjured, he then proceeded with the necessary official business. He was very thoughtful and thorough. He then offered to transport us (and our baggage, as we were headed out of town for the weekend) to a safe location where we could meet one of our friends to pick us up. Trooper Jackson is the kind of officer that exemplifies what a state HP Officer should be. He was late for a dinner engagement because he took us across town. He would not accept my offer to pay for his dinner, he said he was just doing his job. I submit he went above and beyond "his job". He really smoothed out a bad situation for us. I hope this note gets back to him and his superiors. Thank you again, Trooper Jackson...Sincerely. RTSG
