We had a very BAD experience in the photo lab area the day before. However, two managers up front one named Britney and the other an African American lady who's name I think was Cheyenne? But honestly can't recall took wonderful care of us ;) They gave the pictures that came out good for free, had us come back today and redo the ones that messed up yesterday and gave us those for free!! Plus they gave us a $25 gift card!! Once there today Britney saw us and came over and told the lady that was there today to make sure our picture we ordered where free and the other lady went back with us yesterday to make sure we had no more problems with the lady that was in the department anymore. Also todays lady was so helpful and kind just like the two Managers. All three of them displayed what great customer service skills truly are and they saved us from NEVER coming back again to where we will stop back in if in the area :)

Great place. Mike and the crew at Encinas have been my go-to auto repair shop for at least 5 years now. I think I found them by accident, when one of my tires went flat thanks to a nail I picked up in my construction-heavy neighborhood. They repaired the puncture with some fix-a-flat type product, checked my air pressures all around, and then sent me on my way in no time. And I remember being shocked at how little it cost me. I seem to recall there being close to no charge at all, so definitely in the 5 dollar range, if not free. At any rate, Mike's generosity sold me on the place, and I've been coming back ever since. And whenever I've gotten second opinions from other mechanics, I've always found that Encinas reports the fewest number of repairs needed. Long story short, if you want someone whom you can trust working on your vehicle, take it to Encinas.

My complaint is about their pharmacy. Normally I have received great service; however on today’s visit (7/30/16) things were a lot hectic! I was made to drive in a circle for over an hour because the pharmacy wanted to be nice to other customers since one lane was down due to equipment malfunction which is fine, I understand that much. What really irritated me was that once I pulled out & back in, they would ask me the same questions I had already answered which didn’t make any sense since I had only spoken to the same 2 ppl within that hour! SMH… They have 2 great pharmacists that go beyond the call of duty but the rest of the team there seem to either hate their job or not want to keep their customers happy.

King Daddy Auto Fleet Repair
I cannot brag on King Daddy Auto Fleet Repair enough. I came into town a few days ago for a contract job & my water pump went out on my 2013 Dodge Ram. Being in a new city & broke down is not a good feeling. I put in auto mechanic in my GPS & called King Daddy. I explained my situation to Ms. Chris & she was incredibly friendly & helpful. I got my truck to the shop & met her husband Lee. He assured me he would take good care of me & that's exactly what they did. It took less than 24 hrs to have me back on the road & there was no price gouging at all. It really helped restore my faith in humanity knowing great people like this are still out here. I had a light come on instrument panel, took it to three auto part store and dealership to have checked. All told me no code was being tripped, basically getting runaround. Stopped by Interparts of Tulsa o buy some fuel cleaner and ask if they might be able to figure out what was going on. Dropped car off next day at 8:00 a.m., got call back an hour later with problem found, have part ordered,m picked up, installed, and had my vehicle back at 5:00p.m. fixed. Very professional, labor/parts VERY reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking to save a few bucks and get the job done in timely manner. TEN Stars!!

Hi I took my mercedes 300e for what I thought was pretty serious and costly engine damage. I even had the dealer quoting me over $5000.00 worth of damage. The guys at Interparts convinced me that my problem did not sound like internal damage, but something else external. They were right The water pump was siezing causing a terrible racket. The repair was done that day and I have been on the road problem free for several months now. They could have sold me a motor and I would have agreed with them, but they did the right thing a now have a loyal customer Thanks again Mike Tadsworth

Floyd & Sons Body Shop
I've taken my car to Floyd a couple times. Once to fix repair rocker panel/mud guard assembly drug off due to not watching for curb. They fixed it for under $100...Overnight. another shop estimated more than $500. I found Floyd by referral. Another time, the Glove Compartment latch broke in "locked" position. The compartment couldn't be opened. The Honda place estimated $250-$250. Floyd Replaced the entire Glove box door, latch, lock, etc., for about $100...One Hour. (He had to order the parts which took a couple days)I give Floyd 4 1/2 stars. (his candy dish was empty that day)

I was in the market for a F150 4X4. I visited several dealerships in Tulsa and everyone of them I let them know that I wanted to see what they would give for a trade on my previous truck before I wo look at paper work. No one wanted to go forward without hassling me to start signing papers. I went to Bill Knight and they gave me exactly what NADA said the truck was worth and worked to get me the term and payments I wanted. The best car buying experience I've ever had. I won't go anywhere else without going to Bill Knight first!

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired.
