2A Shooting Center
My last visit to 2A was insulting and a reason I will no longer return. I was advised before shooting that there was a new fine for shots through the cardboard holder or clips as they are trying to avoid rounds hitting the ceiling. As indicated in the picture below, I had two shots in the cardboard, but the target's head was at 5'6", I am 6'0, and I fired 6 rapid shots to the head. No more head shot practice. At the end of 150 rounds I was charged a fine of $5.00. No big deal, but as justification the young employee behind the counter rudely informed me that the fine was for me shooting out "his" lights. The forensics don't come out right. But the disrespect of the young adult to any customer (50 year old Marine) is not one for a business. The are doing me a "favor" of using the old facility for $20 plus a fine that is for facility maintenance. Over the course of 1 year I have purchased 2 semi-auto handguns, Accessories, ammunition, and 2 courses for carry safety certifications for my wife and I. That will by my last visit.
