B Lance Smith DDS
Professional & highly skilled experience. From the moment you enter the office and are greeted by Tracy, then welcomed by Meghan to your dental chair, given care by Chris, and then meet Dr. Lance Smith you know that you're in good hands. It is with great care, tenderness, precision, and professionalism that the work to be done is carried out. My initial visit to Dr. Smith was on 15FEB17 with several visits since that time. This highly skilled and professional team carries out each and every aspect of your care with meticulous attention to detail regarding the services they provide while simultaneously focusing on your comfort and care. Amazing : )I've been seen & evaluated by many dentists throughout my lifetime. My experiences with Dr. Smith and team far surpasses any previous dental care. I was referred to him by a friend and I'm very grateful for that referral. If you're in need of a simple exam and cleaning (or more intricate dental care) I personally have experienced various types of care with Dr. Smith & his team and am very pleased with their level of expertise and excellence. An all around great experience with this dental team. Thank you, Dr. Smith, I'm very grateful for the work done by you and your team. The strongest recommendation of 5 Stars for him & his professional team.

Kimberly Hill Cozort-Stokes, DDS
I have been a patient of Dr. Stokes/Art of Modern Dentistry for 6 or 7 years (maybe longer). Before becoming Dr. Stokes patient, I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist -- and in fact, because of my anxiety, I had not been the best at getting my teeth cleaned and/or dealing with some nagging dental issues. At my first appointment, I experienced something different than with any other dentist. Dr. Stokes was kind, gentle, and made me feel at ease. So very nurturing. Not only did I love her, I loved all of her staff. They made me feel right at home, like I had been a valued patient for years. Unfortunately, because of my years of dental neglect, I needed a fair amount of dental work. Over the next several years, following Dr. Stokes treatment plan, we began resolving my issues. I am super happy to say that as a result of having found a GREAT dentist (and hygienist and staff!), not only is all my dental work finally complete, I no longer have apprehension about going to the dentist. I have referred numerous friends and family members to Dr. Stokes and will continue to do so. Thank you, Dr. Stokes for being what a dentist should be -- proactive, thorough, gentle, and patient. You have won over a life long patient!

Tulsa Precision Dental
I had a teeth whitening while they were running a special. It was $99 and exactly what I'd paid $400 for elsewhere- great results. But I had first gone there for a crown. The price was very good. The results were terrific. And I am too busy to come back multiple times for 1 procedure. They made the crown during the same visit in about an hour. great fit & great color matchAlso while I was laying back in the chair I opened my eyes and staring at me was the sweetest chocolate lab- he was worried if I was OK! too adorable!

Galleria Of Smiles
I have been to several dentists in the Tulsa metro area and I can say without any doubt no one is better than the Emami's and the entire staff at Galleria of Smiles. Both doctors have seen me and done work. They are professional yet light hearted and make it as enjoyable as possible. Their technology is state of the art, but what really sets them apart is the entire office staff and the overall customer service. You walk into a beautiful office that feels like a home. Always a bright smiling face to welcome you, see if you need anything, even carry on small talk. Anyone who enters the room will in fact acknowledge you. It truly feels like your a guest at one big happy families home that will send you out with a brighter, whiter, more healthy, and confident smile. Thank you Hannah, Mariam, Mina, Dr. M. Emami, Dr. J. Emami, and the best dental hygienist, Teresa in probably the entire Midwest. 6 stars all-around!!

Spencer Friedrich
I had a root canal done with Dr. Friedrich, about a year are so later I started having swelling and infection around the gums were my root canal was done. I went to another dentist and they sent me to a specialist, I found out that the root canal was not done correctly. I called My Dentist where he was working at the time they sent me to his Practice in Sapulpa, his receptionist told me he want return my call. I will never use him again and advise others not to as well.

Sooner Dental Care
This was the worst mistake I've made in a long time. They pulled out my teeth for dentures, wouldn't write a prescription for pain, and left many, my shards of broken teeth in my gums and the gums can't heal correctly because of the teeth they broke. Then when I tried to visit another dentist to have the pieces removed, I was accused of "doctor shopping". The hell with this place, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, it sucks!!!
Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
