HORRIBLE, awful customer service. Salesperson lied about furniture availability. No return phone calls. Still waiting 8 weeks later. Run away from this store!! I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Bought bedroom furniture it was all damaged. Bought a king memory foam lift bed , parts were left at their store. They damaged my footboard. I was told come into store to resolve problems. I cried to three different people , Earl, Red, and Wes. I was so upset I thought I was going to have a panic attack .i was told I had to pay $120 for them to come and pick up their damaged furniture and the king bed that sits on the floor , no legs and no remotes because they are at the store! I was told we will get you a new bed!! Never happened. I'm 61 years old I bought the bed due to back problems, 4 bulging disc , this has stressed me so much I can't stop crying thinking how horrible Sunshine furniture customer service has treated me! I will continue shopping with Mathis Brothers !

Horrible. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone that can help you with a problem. I bought a couch from them recently, and it was delivered damaged (didn't know at the time). One of the legs was not properly installed, so now it is destroyed. I have a year warrenty with them, but since they don't carry that brand, they told me the warrenty was void! So now the couch sits on 3 legs and the stitching from both sides of the arm rests are very loose. I would deeply consider another place before making a purchase there.

We had a problem with an end table we purchased for $250 a month after we bought it. We've tried phone, Facebook messaging etc to fix the problem and they always promise to call back and 3 weeks later still no response. Do not buy from this place

I received my couch that I fell in love with in the store only to find out once it was delivered the material is so thin that my dog simply pawed a blanket to the side and it ripped a hole in the middle of the cushion. Called the store and talked to the customer service manager Red and was told I didn't purchase the pet insurance (I specifically asked for it with my salesmen cause who pays $1050 for a couch with no insurance), that the return/exchange policy is only 48 hours (no one told me that either) She told me I could talk to Ashley, I guess a different manager, but she would tell me the same thing. That I'm screwed into paying over a grand for a cheaply made couch that was designed just enough to make it look nice. She offered to order the material for the cushion but I would have to pay labor. This is ridiculous!

We are having a terrible experience! We ordered a $3500 motion sectional. When we received the sectional one of the motion pieces were broken. We asked for a refund and for them to come pickup the broken furniture. They charged us a 10% restocking fee and also a $180 pick up fee for them to come pick up the broken couch that was delivered. They stated on the contract that we "changed our mind" NOT that they delivered a broken couch. It is going to take 30 days to get our refund back and they are only refunding us $2950. Long story short they delivered us a broken couch and we lost over $500! We will NEVER do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either!

Worst customer service. If you ever have any problems with furniture or mattresses from this place, good luck getting anyone to return your calls or honor their warranties. Apparently, it's ok for the sales people to give the customer incorrect information just to make a quick sale. Unfortunately, you have to select at least 1 star

We casually stopped here to look for a TV stand. We had shopped all day and thought...why no? We left with a kitchen set, a sectional and the stand! A friendly, polite salesperson, Mike Jones, went out of his way to find my specific request. He also measured all the furniture for me. Still undecided, Mike Jones gave us his card and told us to call if we had more questions. He never pressured us. My mother and I returned after dinner a few hours later. Imagine our surprise when we were told Mike Jones was actually off that day. Never fear! His Equally polite and friendly co-worker Shannon informed us she be happy to do the paperwork for Mike and make sure he got his commissions. My mother and I looked over the pieces we selected with Mike and Shannon did not pressure us. Shannon was very patient with us she went out of her way to answer and questions and/or concerns just like Mike! I have to admit had I not received such good customer service from these two professionals I would have only purchased the TV stand! I love my new furniture!
