Tulsa Appliance Parts
I have always tried to repair my appliances myself. With this company you not only get the part and advice but they test your old parts for you for free, plus if you are not certain of how to install them or if you are not sure of whats wrong in the first place they have a seasoned 30 plus year technician that walks you through everything from how to diagnose the problem to installing the part and it doesn't stop there. The guy then gives you his personal cell phone number to call anytime to help you while you are working on the machine if you need it. This company goes above and beyond. I am so very impressed with both the help at the counter, the speed of service and the knowledgable staff. Tulsa Appliance Parts is the best

Tulsa Appliance Parts
Very Impressive!!. I have bee in this industry for over 50 years and have dealt with the other parts companies in town. I am glad to see finally someone that has bought the customer service back to the parts industry. They are not the biggest by far but what they dont have they get fast and at very competitive prices. Opened an account with them and have all of my guys buying there from now on. They find parts that the other guys say they dont have and usually if its an off the wall make or obsolete part they seem to have no problems getting them. Still with that said over 90 % of what Ive needed so far they had in stock with no wait time.BobOmstead Service Co

Great customer service. Small time atmosphere, good old fashioned customer service and people that want to help you with free advice and in my case they told me the part I was about to buy wouldnt fix my problem and they were right. Saved me money and time. Thanks again, I will use you all the time and advise others to do the same

Tips & Advices
Aftermarket replacement parts can be perfectly safe and reliable, but be sure to do your research. If replacing a more integral piece, such as washing machine’s water pump or a thermostat for a busted water heater, it might be best to purchase new.
Replacement parts generally come with warranties extending anywhere from 30 days to five years, depending on the original price, the nature of the fix and the age of the part itself.
If you’re seeking new parts repair companies will generally mark up their prices slightly--particularly at a major national retailer. However, used parts are typically discounted.
Cheaper used appliance parts can be found online or at many local, independently owned retailers, along with ecommerce sites such as eBay. Major retailers, however, generally limit their selection to unused, full-priced options.
Second-hand appliance parts are generally anywhere between 50-75% cheaper than new ones, but warranties might not extend as long and the parts may be less reliable or come with a shorter lifespan. Be sure to research the source of any second-hand parts to ensure the dealer is reputable and the part itself reliable.
