I don't know WHY I am such a glutton for punishment when it comes to the Tucson Walgreens location but it may be that Chicago Walgreens customer service and wait time is just so far more superior.. The customer service skills are the poorest and wait time exceeds 25 mins no matter what time your at these Walgreens ....

The staff here is fantastic.Couldn't be more friendly .Service is great. They even offer delivery.The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful

Generally the pharmacists are great, and even remember me by name when I show up. The head manager however, is a different story. I had some things stolen from my car directly under the camera one evening. Today I wanted to bring my bicycle into the store. Each of these interactions has acted as if customers are a serious drag on his time, and that our class of people are out of line for expecting even the shortest audience with him.(And just so the 'class of people' is clear, I spend $1K a month in his store, it was federal property stolen from my $70K car, and I was riding a $3K bicycle.)

The girl at the photo department failed to mention that I can't smile in my passport photo (and they were good photos, too), so when I returned them and the manager asked the girl if people could smile in their passport photos, she was all sheepish and saying, "Whoopsies." Yeah, 'whoopsies' just caused me additional grief at the passport office because I pay extra to take a new photo that I wasn't prepared for (translation: looked like hell and short on time). She had also told me the photo department was only open until 8 and I found out later it was open until 10. I don't want to support a business that hires children who don't want to work and don't want to do their work competently.

I recently used the online photo print, you can upload your pictures and have them printed to pick them up at the nearest Walgreens. The pictures that were printed for me were not anything like I ordered. They were horrible quality and they zoomed in so much I only had an 8x10 of my daughters face, and the picture was suppose to be of her first outfit coming home from the hospital. They ruined the pictures along with the first online printing experience I had ever done, the cashiers bad attitude didnt help the situation at all, she was really rude and was not willing to help me in any way. I will not even shop at this store ever again.

This Walgreen's is exceptional, I've been coming here for about 7 yrs and everone thats employeed here are great, I've sent in at least 4 reveiws to the corporate offices the are just great. The staff remembers your name and always address you with it as you enter the store and it's not just me, while i'm there I see them do this with almost everone that comes in unless they don't know them. They treat you like your part of there team not just a customer or number, recently I lost my Father and when I came in the next day after his death Cathy asked me how he was doing when I told her he'd past away the night before, she came out from behind the register to hug me in front of the customers waiting in line (this is above and beyond normal customer services) then my Aunt was getting pictures copied on Thursday night for my Fathers Services the next day and Nathian worked on getting those done for her before the close of the business (as it was late) and he was kind to her and she told me she wished her Walgreen's in Battle Creek, Mi. treated people like our did (and they didn't know this was a relative of mine) Then I was going through the mail I opened a card that said "Thinking of You" signed by the pharmacy staff, and I had not been over to the pharmacy and spoke with any of them regarding his passing. This store is what they should use during their training process so other stores know what and how to exceed the customer's expectations. Their Great
