Laundry on Pantano
Many choices of machine-sizes (from 1 load to 5 loads). Lots of tables for folding. Always very clean. Esp. nice during off peak hours; Dinner time &early during the week. Staff friendly, helpful. Dryers are large so clothes dry quickly. Chip Cards used for machines can be refunded each time. Very happy with this place.

Laundry on Pantano
Do not waste your money at The Laundry on Pantano! I went to wash blankets and haven't used my laundry card, which still had money on it, in over a year. Not only did the rude attendant tell me that the card wasn't theirs but proceed to call me a liar and started to argue with me. I have a washer and dryer at home, I don't go to the laundry mat unless I am washing my winter blankets. Alice, you shouldn't be in customer service!

Catalina Cleaners
Horrible service by Karen Forman. I went to drop off my dress shirts and i asked for a quote for press only. This employee named Andrew advised that it was 30% off of 2.60. When i went to pick up my clothes Karen (who says its the owner) she was trying to charge me almost 6 dlls per shirt. I advised her of the quote i received the day before and instead of apologizing and providing great customer service after this mistake she was incredible rude and condescending. I've never experience this from an "owner" at any place. Never going back!

Push Ridge Cleaners
They have ruined 2 of my favorite shirts - at 2 different times. After I received the 1st shirt that was extremely stretched out and at the point unwearable, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued going there. just this past week I again received my shirt back that was completely stretched out and unwearable. When I showed them the shirt, the male said there was nothing he would do and walked away. The female said she remembers cleaning the shirt for the past year and it was old. I spent approximately $75 on this shirt and cannot afford to keep replacing shirts every year due to the dry cleaner ruining them. Terrible customer service.

Tom Roof Cleaners
Heirloom comforter was left on 6/26 and after 5 trips there I finally got it back today with water stains, and their attempts at removing those and a starchy/gluey 2 foot long streak. Still have the stains and faded spots where they tried to remove the starch?/glue?. Yes they refunded my money, but there were no marks or stains when I brought it in...just needed a bi-annual refresher, which has been done for about 50 years with no probs!

Tucson Cleaners
Horrible Horrible Horrible! Staff has no idea how to count. They argued with me about how many shirts I had. The job they did was absolutely terrible. I have to replace 2 shirts because they damaged them. They argued with me about the damage said it was brought in that way. I had to leave before I was to grab the lady and shake some sense in her. They have no right to operate a business!

Superior Cleaners & Laundromat
After spending $60.00 for washing clothes was told I was using to many baskets. I asked where should I put my clothes I was informed I would be physically removed if I didn't get my clothes out of the baskets. The dryers don't dry the clothes very well and the washers smell like mold I SPENT OVER $60.00 and my clothes are still damp.

Sew N Cleaners
One star is too much! This cleaners is awful. Grumpy old man owner. High prices. Lousy service. Won't stand behind damage done to clothing by their offsite cleaning company. Stay away.

Shaffer Dry Cleaning & Laundry
This is the second time higher-end clothes (Eileen Fisher sweaters) have gone "missing" from Shaffers. It appears to be a scam - I had to argue with the clerk when I dropped the clothes off just to get a receipt for the number of items I was dropping off. I'm missing two brand new sweaters - almost $500 to replace them! Now I have to argue with the owners to try to get reimbursed. Last time it was a pair of Eileen Fisher pants. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

First Avenue Laundromat
Unfortunately I cannot give this business a zero stars rating:Several washers didn't work. One woman there while I was there asked for a refund but the owner or person manning the laundry was defensive and belligerent about it. He even tried to intimidate her by moving towards her when she asked him to move away. When this behavior was explained to the Tucson police officer, the woman was told that there was nothing criminal to charge him with. But in any case, his behavior was terrible and I won't go there again. (I didn't get a refund either.)

Just a moment...
