Park & Bark Mobile Grooming
Had an appointment scheduled and they called to confirm and notify me of fee if I cancelled in less than 24hrs. However; on morning of appointment I receive a call asking to move appointment up 6 hrs, when I said I couldn't they said it was fine they would keep previous appointment. Now after taking the afternoon off for appointment, I am stood up. I've called for several hours but only answering machine and I've left multiple messages but no call back. I plan on taking my business elsewhere.

Park & Bark Mobile Grooming
The best groomers in Tucson. We've used them for 6 years and our 16 year old cockerpoo is still around and happy because of them. Jennifer and Jessie are terrific.

Park & Bark Mobile Grooming
This company doesn't deserve 1 star. I've been using this company for years (every 3-4 months or so). I've had to re-clean and re-groom my dog on multiple times because the groomer didn't do her job. I had to switch groomers. I have a Newfie so his groom is not cheap. I mentioned to the new guy about how the groomers used my water, electricity and leaving mess around my yard. I've tried several times in the past to try to fix issues with the owner, Jennifer. Today is the first time I got her to call me back. She told me every groomer has their own style, they are independent contractors, they charge their own pricing and I don't follow around behind them to check on what they are doing for each customer. I asked how can she run a business if she doesn't know what's going on, how can she protect the standard of excellence if she doesn't require the groomers to do the services that are listed on her website? She instead defended the groomer, told me the groomer today spoke out of line. I stated my issues with the old groomer, how my dog was not getting properly cared for and when he came out of her van with his tail between his legs I thought it was rude that she had the old groomer on the phone to argue with me when I needed her to resolve the issues I'd had with her company. I told her what her website states I should have been getting and she said that that wasn't correct information even though I read it right off their website while on the phone with her. She said the groomer I had today would most likely be let go and she had just decided that she would no longer be grooming large breed dogs, especially mine. Instead of her resolving my issues, she'd rather no longer have my business and fire the groomer I had today for trying to better the situation I had been having? She said yes and have you ever thought that maybe the issue was actually you? WHAT! That is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and I have to warn others about her deceitful practices.

K-9 Kruiser Mobile Pet Grooming LLC
I will never recommend K-9Kruiser.My puppy was not groomed properly and was brought back to me unfinished. The manager needs to be retooled as to how to deal with clients. He doesn't know about dog breeds. Changing prices that were agreed upon is not good business practices. My puppy was stressed when brought back to me.The groomers need to be better trained along with the manager.I give a poor rating.

Camino Verde Pet Resort
After phoning, I took my pup for an on-site interview at Camino Verde Pet Resort. We both approved, of the people and the facilities. Friendly, dog people, in a very clean, well laid out space. I then boarded her, my 10+pound poodle (mix), for first time ever. Was I nervous? Of course! Yet, Andreas and his staff were gentle, reassuring, and professional. Most of all, my dog was comfortable - she was not at all anxious when I left. That told me a lot. Fit us in on short notice, answered every question I had. Also had her groomed, which was done day I picked her up. She looked terrific! BEST haircut she has ever had, and she's had many. We will be back!

Gabi Kat Grooming
Scheduled my two cats to be bathed and shaved for $70 a cat. Gabi arrived 20 minutes late and when I picked my cats up they had not been shaved. Gabi made no effort to correct her mistake. Spoke to Cheryl her scheduler afterwards and she apologized for the poor service and told me she would call me back the same evening. I have not heard anything since.

Broadway Grooming
Best experience me and my dog have had! Actually, best groomer I have ever been to. They bathe and brush my Saint Bernard better than anyone ever has and he needs baths about every month. Price is great too!

Dog About Town Mobile Grooming
Although I have not been using Dog About Town long, I wouldn't go anywhere else now!! I have two Australian Shepherds who are in need of regular grooming. For a while I took my oldest, Maya, to a local shop. After a few trips, I noticed that she was scared to go in. At the suggestion of someone I trust, I tried Dog About Town, and Maya doesn't hesitate to get in the van, and comes out BEAUTIFUL. My other dog, Gunner, who is shy and didn't even like to be brushed, allows Charita to bathe him, brush him and even gives her kisses. Charita is very patient and kind and makes grooming a good experience for both pups and owner!

Winner's Circle Grooming
Ginny is the only place I will take my dog for grooming. She takes the time to do things right--I've always been delighted with the results.
Tips & Advices
Many people fear that their pet will be injured at the groomer, but incidents of serious injury are infrequent. For minor injuries , it is appropriate the groomer pay the vet bill, and can usually be worked out between groomer and owner. For moderate to severe injuries, you can attempt to activate groomer’s liability insurance to cover medical expenses. However, be aware that most groomer contracts stipulate that the business does not assume responsibility.
Staff at groomers know that there is inherent risk when handling animals, and they are familiar with being snapped at or bitten. However, it is not a normal occurrence or something you should ignore. Many people choose to cover medical expenses or pay extra--at minimum, apologize and get the dog into behavior classes. It is a given that  you should sedate or muzzle the animal for all future grooming sessions.
It is always recommended to make an appointment to get your pet groomed. While some groomers, especially in the larger pet stores, can accommodate with short notice, popular neighborhood groomers are often booked out two weeks out or longer on weekends.
If your pet has sensitive skin, let the groomer know when you set the appointment. But be aware, all dogs have sensitive skin by human standards--their skin is much thinner. Therefore, you should be on the lookout for signs of sensitivity, and reduce it through regular grooming with gentle, natural shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal shampoo is a favorite. Daily brushouts and omega oil supplements are recommended for every day at-home care.
For various reasons including insurance clauses and pet-owner relationship dynamics and behaviors, groomers prefer owners don’t stay with their pets while being groomed.
