This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL businesses I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The receptionist is RUDE and will actually hang up on you if she feels like it. The people who"manage" your money feel they can withhold it, invest it, dole it out at THEIR convenience, and LIE to you about it. I am in the process of reporting this business to the Inspector General for abuse and misuse of funds. Please DO NOT use this payee service. If you already do and they withhold your funds and lie about it PLEASE contact Social Security Administration and Office of the Inspector General. They should NOT be in business.

I was forced to use Marilyn and her company when the regular supervisor was unable to. Marilyn and her numerous number of random employees show up late most of the time. They do not follow basic instructions or rules at all. Marilyn will ignore the person who is not paying her whether you are the CP or the NCP. She sends random people to the visits without informing the parent of the new person or their credentials. The way she runs her business is extremely dangerous for the children as well as the parents. Please Please Please avoid the horrible "services" provided. There are many other options. If there were a 0 star option or negative that's what I would have given.

Temple Of The Presence
I was raised in this organization and anyone who says that it isn't a cult is crazy. They will take your money for their benefit and destroy any spirituality you have. Please, find another spiritual outlet.

Interfaith Community Service
I was in need and asked if they can help me get my truck repaired. They told me we need an estimate. I asked What qualifications are needed to have a vehicle repair I tried to over and over to get specific details . The only answer they gave me we need an estimate. I informed them I am disabled and need my truck for my wheelchair so I can get to medical appointments. Again they said we need an estimate. I then asked very clearly are there any qualifications or an intake process . Answer again we need an estimate. I then asked the man again same answer I told him my situation that I don't work am applying for SSDIAND if anyone there was aware of any guidelines. Again I was informed please we need an estimate. So with that being said I had my insurance company tow my trucks to Sears. Sears called to verify the program and proceeded to find out why my truck had stopped running. Finally Sears found the problem and called me I was shocked by the price and what my truck needed but had faith that interfaith community services would help.A few days went by finally a call from Jose at interfaith community services he said we can't repair your truck. I understand the price was high $1,121.28 I assumed that's why they could not pay for the repairs. I was then told by Jose the reason wasn't the price it was because I didn't qualify. I asked why? He said because you are not working. I then said I had explained my situation about working. He said sorry have a good day.Now my only transportation is basically impounded at Sears for over 2 weeks. If he had said the cost of the repair was to expensive I would have agreed and suckered it up.Instead I was decline because I wasn't working and I made that very clear.
