So let me start off by saying dealing with this dealership has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had. Let me explain in detail...I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe AS-IS for 12,416.00 the car isn't even worth that in excellent condition. They never told me anything was wrong with the car and the check engine light was off. The check engine light came on within 24 hours. They must have cleared the codes to sell the vehicle. I went to start it up the morning after I bought it and the engine was rattling. I brought it back to the dealership and they looked at it. They told me there was engine problems. So they asked me if I wanted another car and I said sure lets look at them. They then came back and said they would give me a warranty and that I would have to pay a 100.00 deductible that they would cover. They told me to wait about a month for the warranty to kick in and bring it to be serviced. I waited a month and called to setup the time to have it serviced and they told me to bring it to the Hyundai dealership. I brought it to the Hyundai Dealership last Wednesday and after doing a diagnostic they determined that it was the Drive Chain Tensioners. The warranty will only cover the repair it won't cover the breakdown of the engine which means they have to completely take apart my engine then wait for the warranty inspector to come out and determine whether they cover the repair. They now want 750.00 in labor to take apart the engine plus 100.00 for the deductible. I called Haldeman Ford because I feel they are responsible for the 750.00 plus the 100.00 deductible because they told me that it would only be 100.00 deductible that they would cover. So they sold me a car that was overpriced for excellent condition and now I am without a car that I am stuck paying for. They barely return my calls and the last call I was told I would receive a call back and have never heard back.

I got what they fixed the two catalytic converters and then i got the check engine light came on for 10 minutes. I went to autozone to get a free check code but it doesn't went thru which they screwed the fuses around causes it blown. Never come back there again.

If I could rate them negative 10 I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews here before I went there. Pete is the SHADIEST SCAM artist I have seen and trust me I have bought plenty of used cars. His son is just as shady and Pat who sits behind the wall is rude and nasty. However I gave it right back to her so she knows who to get nasty with! In regards to my car. I just bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and from the very start the vehicle was giving problems. It would not start. I figured it was the battery because I know when vehicles sit too long they need a jump. No big deal right? They change the battery. I told them I will give them 3k in cash and pay the remaining $700 in 2 weeks. Sure enough 2 hours after I leave them the vehicle does not start! I waited about 45 minutes before the vehicle finally decided to start. Move it along 2 weeks later; I get back from vacation and the very same day I was going to pay them the remaining balance the vehicle did not start on me on my way to work. It started up about a minute later. I leave work that day and the vehicle did not start at all. I call Pete this fool had the audacity to say its strange that the vehicle do not want to start on the date I need to pay. Are you kidding me??? I had to take an Uber there from work because this fool was yelling at me over the phone. He tried to intimidate me because I am a woman. I'm from Trenton born and raised that's a little hard to do buddy! I told him we could call it even I will have the vehicle towed back to their lot and they give me back my money. Of course he said no then said he'll have his mechanic look at it. As if!! I would never trust their mechanic to fix anything because if that was the case their mechanic should have saw those problems before the car was sold! I will do everything in my power to ensure that another consumer do not fall victim to this unscrupulous car lot!

The repairs on my car we're done quickly and right the first time. i brought in my car for an oil change and to diagnose a vibration in the front end. He replaced a tie-rod end that was bad and then made me aware that the one on the other side was showing signs of needing replacement as well. He wasn't pushy , he explained what needs to be done and that I had some time if money was tight at the moment. I found the whole experience to be very stress-free. I would recommend Ken and his staff, to anyone in need of a auto mechanic.
