Mr. Ed's Muffler
When I talked to Ed on the phone he have me a reasonable quote on brake pads and rotors. I knew I needed two front tires as well and planned on asking him about that when I got there. I didn't have to ask he told me I needed new tires and found me a used matching pair and gave me a discount for having multiple services done! I thought that was very good customer service. When the job was done I noticed a rubbing sound when I would turn the wheel all the way to the left during a u-turn. I went back and within 20 minutes I was out and everything was working fine. Oh and by the way I had my 2 year old daughter with me and all the guys working there made us both feel comfortable. I will be returning for any other issues that may come up.

Tire and Brake Pros
I needed new tires to prepare for winter and to replace a couple bent rims (4 boys), not my first estimate but turned out to be the best choice I could have made! They were friendly, courteous and professional and I will give them all my future business, thanks guys!

SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service
I have been taking my car here for oil changes for 5 years. The staff is always friendly and the work is completed quickly. The techs make suggestions for additional work that is recommended but the prices are a big high compared to other shops.

Brake Masters #163
This is so much more than a brake shop. My car has been serviced several times here and I am always satisfied. I will only go there if Henry is working. He explains what I need and I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of.

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
