Glad to be the first to review now that it finally opened. You cannot escape the sea of pizza chains concept of "build your own pizza", they all have the same formula, very similar ingredients, almost the same price, give or take a dollar or less. So how do you stand out? Well Pizza Five85 figured it out, much better ingredient choice, like asparagus, eggplant, fresh jalepenos, chilli peppers, anchioves and the list goes on, they have at least 15 new higher grade toppings that none of the 'build your own pizza' chains offer and that is the first difference,. The second big difference is that they offer it on a nice plate (although hard plastic, it feels and looks like a good porcelain restaurant plate) with good confectioner's paper under the crust. The finished pizza looks great such as you would expect from a great custom pizzeria where the toppings are not bleeding over the ends, but rather has a border where the dough freely and beautifully shows golden crust swells that is so inviting. Good Job Pizza Five85, I hope you have very long lines of customers for many years to come.
