Maid Brigade South Bay of Los Angeles
Maid Brigade has been regularly cleaning our house for a few years and they have always been very dependable and responsive to our needs. I work from home so appreciate their speediness of working in teams as well. The owner, Dennis, is very accessible and pleasant. We also like that they use green products which is safer and healthier for our family and pets!

Maid Brigade South Bay of Los Angeles
The Maid Brigade is the best. We have been using them regularly for over a year and regrettably we are moving out of the area and cant take them with us! First service that has kept our house sparkling clean with impeccable timely service. The crew is lovely (especially a big shout out to the cleaning they did a few months back when we totally forgot to prepare for them and we had items everywhere throughout the house) and the owner, Dennis, who has been accommodating and fantastic with our schedules. We've never had any issues with doors accidentally being unlocked or items broken etc. We have used other services in the past and had these problems, but Maid Brigade has broken these stereotypes for us, and restored our faith in cleaning services. All the best to this fantastic team.

Carryme Insurance Services
I got home insurance for an older place I recently work to won. It's about two decades so this needed some good insurance. They have a solid plan and seem pretty friendly. Don't think I'll switch any time too.

Carryme Insurance Services
Offers multiple types of insurance. Most common are home and car. The rates are decent. Friendly staff. Premiums go up or down depending on your credit/history/automobile. Still good for a local place.

this company features a few different types of insurance, and i use them for my salon as an office coverage. prices are pretty good, but being able to just drive down and talk to them is nice and convenient.

Tips & Advices
Employers must conduct all required training in a language and vocabulary that workers can understand. Training must demonstrate the hazards of operating certain machinery, like stone cutters and splitters, as well as how to use them appropriately. It's important to verify that your landscape contractor has taken the necessary steps to fully train its personnel and that the appropriate safety precautions are in place.
Check the specific regulations for your area, and verify that your contractor has the necessary licenses. These may include a state contractor's license, pesticide license, CDL driver's license and license to sell and purchase nursery stock.
Landscape work is not cheap, so it's in your best interest to make sure that it's done to your requirements and that you get the best contractor to do the job. Homeowners should know how much they'll need to pay for the contractor's service as well as how they will be billed for this work. Ask about any design fees, if quoted prices are fixed or estimates, and what the payment process will be. Clarifying these items in the beginning will prevent any surprise expenses.
Yes. Homeowners should require that the contractor submit certificates verifying compliance with safety, insurance, workers' compensation and drug and alcohol testing programs. This will give you peace of mind that the contractor has gone through all the steps under industry regulations.
Yes. Every good contractor should have a list of recently completed jobs that you can see in their portfolio. They should also have a list of references that you can contact, or properties that you can see in person.
