Berberick Law Office
We live on the other side of the state from Troy but we are glad we hired him. Even tho we never met in his office, we talked to him and his staff alot on the phone and through emails, so it was no real difference then being in his office. He was always very helpful and polite, and he made us feel like what we were doing was okay and the right thing for us. He was almost always available when we needed to talk to him and if he wasn't he would call back soon. His staff was also very knowledgable and helpful, and really nice. We made a smart decision filing bankruptcy. Our life is better and our credit is improving, just like Troy told us it would. We made a great decision hiring Troy and we don't regret it one bit and we definitely don't regret hiring him even though he wasn't close to our home. We highly reccomend him and you won't be sorry if you hire him. Thank you Troy and your staff to.

My wife and me hired Troy because we were in financial trouble and we needed help. We worked with Troy alot and if he was almost always available to talk to us. The few times he wasn't available he called us back or responded to our emails quickly. He was very kind to us and we could tell he really cared. He didn't make us feel bad for needing help. His office is in Topeka, and we live way out in western Kansas but he made the hole process really smooth and so easy and we only had to make one trip to Topeka. Everything he said he was going to do he did. We trusted him and it really paid off for us we are so greatful. We have recomended him to others and will continue to do so. We thank him for all he did for us.

I am old enough that through the span of my 70 years the really good lawyers I chose to represent me in defense of my rights ,are either dead or retired So I drove the 60 some miles for a consultation with Mr. Berberick and he listened intently, by nature court rooms judges and most lawyers tend to be intimidating after our first meeting I took away with me a sense of comfort Troy says what he means and means what he says.I am confident that he treats every one with the same respect he did me.this is a seemingly small tribute but well deserved to a very dynamic and influential attorney

Tomlins, Ryan James
Dr. Tomlins and his staff treated me like I was their only patient. He took x-rays then used a sonogram to find what was wrong. There are usually several appointments and a great deal of waiting but not so with him. The procedure went well and they told me what to expect. I was awake and allowed to watch his work. One of the nurses even called me the next day to check on my status. I felt well cared for and respected their level of concern and professionalism. Such a breath of fresh air in the health care industry.

I was severely injured in an accident at my work. I could not walk for several weeks. My wife called Mr. Pearson and he came to my hospital and prayed with me and my wife. He didn't pressure us in any way and we ended up hiring him and were very happy with his legal expertise and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
