We used Cypress Fall Pet Resort to board our Lab puppy (9 mo) and Dachshund (7 yrs) fur babies. They loved it. I toured the facility a bout 2 weeks prior to their stay. I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. While I was on tour, I observed many happy puppies in doggy day care! When we were dropping our babies, I observed two separate dogs come in to go to doggy day care and they both ran right up to that door and barked to get in. So cute! When we picked up our babies, they seemed happy and had been well cared for. Only word of caution, book early when you require holiday boarding. They fill up fast and pretty far out! I highly recommend this facility.

I've tried to bring my dog to other places, and they all told me he's a bit too much. Too much energy and too yappy. I'm not kidding, dog boarding facilities have told me my 20lb dog is "too much".The staff here love my dog, I thought I was going to have to fight to get him back they loved him so much!Sent me photos to reassure me he was ok and they were ok with him. Thanks guys!

I am sorry to see some bad reviews because we have never had anything but stellar service here! After reading the bad reviews it is obvious that the complaining customers were the problem! Our dogs love it here and the staff has been wonderful! They even allowed early check in when we were leaving on a trip! The staff has never been rude to us!

I have been bringing my sweet baby here for grooming for about three years, the girls working the front always welcome us politely. Some even know us by name, such a comforting feeling. I can always count on them to make my baby feel beautiful, I will always recommend anyone I can to them. Boarding and grooming facilities are excellent!

I've had a really great experience with this place!I've boarded other places and my dog just didn't seem to get the level of one on one time other placers as she did at Tomball. They knew her personality and silly little quirks when I went to pick her up, and I just thought that was super amazing!Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

I completely and honestly recommend this business. Their groomers really know what they are doing (how different dog breeds should be cut) and they are very professional. I know my dogs are spoiled when they are in their care. Also, the owner has a sincere heart for animals and leads her staff in such a way.

I think this is a great place. They are willing to work with you if you need long term boarding, they empathize with there clients needs on an individual basis! They helped me and my cats out quite a bit this year due to illness in the family.I couldn't be more grateful to them for all they have done.

We left our elderly dog for the holidays at Cypress Falls. She has several medical issues and they took very good care of her. She ran out of medicine while we were gone, they were kind enought to drive to the vet and pick up the refill. I feel very good leaving our beloved doggy there with them!

This is the greatest place for all pets!!! They treat each furry family member with immense love, respect, compassion. Our two pugs were so very loved and treated VERY well. We will always return to this place as we trust them with our furry babies!

I absolutely love the Tomball Pet Resort! The place is always clean and my dogs actually get excited when we pull up to the place! The staff is very friendly and the TV's in my babies room just puts the icing on the cake! Keep up the good work!
Tips & Advices
Pets that do not get along with other animals may incur an additional fee. Some facilities have special solitary sleeping and play animals for these types of pets.
A checklist for what to bring to a pet kennel includes:
  • Vaccination records
  • A favorite toy or blanket
  • Food and feeding instructions (if the pet has dietary restrictions or is a picky eater)
  • Medication (if necessary, in its original bottle and with written instructions)
Some pet kennels have veterinarians as part of their daily staff, while others only have vets part time or on call.
Most kennels can provide basic care such as administering medications, but owners of pets with serious medical issues should choose a facility with a veterinarian on call.
Bordetella, commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious, and most dogs catch it at least once in their lifetimes. As such, all dogs should be vaccinated at least 7 days before boarding.
