Tsang Albert MD
Dr. Tsang gets an A++ from me for both surgical skills and personality; he performed my recent colectomy and made sure my surgery/recovery went as smoothly as possible. He addressed any questions/concerns I had throughout the process very well. Interactions with him were positive and reassuring; he was always thorough and respectful, not intimidating/patronizing at all. Took the time to ensure we were always on the same page. I’d trust him in a heart-beat to perform surgery on me again in the future if necessary.

Durden, Roye K, MD
Excellent, kind, compassionate, caring, understanding, and a true hero in my life! Without Roye, I don't know what I would do or would have done! He's easy to warm up to, talk to and confide in! I trust nobody but it took maybe 3 visits and I trusted that I could be honest with him and could feel the concern from him. Thank you Roye for helping me believe in myself for the first time in my almost 30 years of life! I Dont care what anyone says, including you, YOU ARE A HERO TO MANY WHO KNOW YOU! ♥

Jason Voorhies MD
Dr Voorhies told me in the hospital he wanted to see me in 2 weeks. But I could not get in for 5 weeks. The staff did not sem to care that he said 2 weeks. But it has all worked out okay. I am feeling much better after 5 wks out. At 2 wks I felt awful. Meeting Dr. Voorhies since the hospital was very good. He was polite, helpful, kind and I have confidence he knows what he is doing.

Overall satisfied with service provided. Felt confident in the care I was receiving. Still found myself having a lot of questions after my apt, so perhaps would've liked a more thorough review of the procedure. Calling to schedule was quite difficult, it took multiple calls and messages before I finally got through (over a week).

We were very pleased with the level of professional medical knowledge and competency offerd by Dr. Voorhies. His skill has extended my life and it's quatlity. Recognizing that, follow up appts more delayed by 2 hrs. It seems same knof of procedure can put in place to eliminate these delays.

Coleman Lucia MD
Dr. Coleman is a wonderful doctor because she really cares. I've never had a doctor like her before. Losing her as a doctor when I move will be my greatest loss in leaving Toledo.

I had surgery in June. I had to have a fusion to fix my back pain. Dr Voorhies did an amazing job! My back is at least 80-90 percent better as far as pain goes.

Tips & Advices
Emergency care facilities can treat infants and children. Roughly 16 percent of emergency patients are infants and children, so the medical professionals at these facilities typically have strong experience in pediatric emergency care.
The average wait time will depend on the type of emergency care facility.. Wait times typically average less than 20 minutes at an urgent care facility. At a hospital-based emergency care facility that treats life-threatening conditions, wait times can take as long as an hour or more.
Board certification is not required for emergency care facilities. However, the top facilities are often board certified. At hospitals, many emergency care centers require that their physicians be board certified as a qualification for employment. Two boards that handle this type of certification are the American Board of Medical Specialties and the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.
Emergency care facilities include those that offer urgent care, and some urgent care facilities offer certain primary care services. At these facilities, patients are usually evaluated upon arrival, and a determination is made as to whether the problem requires emergency care, urgent care, or primary care.
Some medical tests and scans are performed at emergency care facilities. These facilities may perform select X-rays and blood tests if this is deemed necessary to assist your treatment. However, the range of medical tests and scans offered is much more limited than those offered as part of standard hospital care.
