Went to their location on Thursday to Set up an 10:00 AM appointment for Monday. I called them at 10:15 AM on day of appoint to confirm they will make the appointment. The man answering the phone told me that I was supposedly called to move the appointment to the following day Tuesday. I explained to the individual taking the call that I did not receive a call from Coastal nor did Coastal leave a voice message to notify me of change. The man immediately told me I should seek psychological help. So if you are in the mood to be a target of insult then this is the window service company you want to call.

Run away from this company...fast! No call backs, substandard service, substandard products. Totally frustrating to TRY to get a call back from. HORRIBLE experience!!!!

DO NOT do business with this company!! We put a large deposit down on a custom order in October. We were told it would be six weeks for the window to come in. Six weeks came and went with no window. I started calling everyday to get the status and could not get a call back from the owner, who was the only person that knew about the order. AWFUL customer service! Long story short, they NEVER placed the order and did not tell us until 3 1/2 months later. However, they used our deposit for 3 1/2 months and now I can't get it back. I am being told that they do not have the money right now to give me my deposit back. This place should not be in business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional. Came 2 hours late to start the job. Did a bad job and when we called them back to fix the problem they made excuses and did not want to fix it. Then the owner made an appointment a few days later to come out to look at the problem... the owner does not show up at all !! no call, nothing just doesn't show up. This is probably the most rude and worst place I have ever done business with, not to mention the most unprofessional. RUN don't walk and go somewhere else. I would give them negative stars if I could but the website makes me give them one so beware...

For a glass place to take over 3 weeks to get 3 standard windows in and installed is ridiculous. They say help the locals out well they need to do better business. When I question them about the home frame that I was still waiting the guy on the phone was very rude. I'm going on week 4 and still no window sill that was suppose to be put in on the same day!! It is a basic job u pick it up at melb. Tile store and put it in the window and caulk, however they can't even do that. P. s. the jobs been paid for in full for 4 weeks !!! Do yourself a favor go to lowes or Home Depot I will next time
Tips & Advices
Many companies, both local and nationwide, specialize in automotive glass repair and replacements. Drivers should contact their insurance companies to find glass or auto repair shops in their network.
Windshield damage from anything other than a vehicle collision (including vandalism, storms, fires, and animals) is often covered by optional comprehensive coverage. Drivers should keep in mind that some plans only cover the side and back windows but not the front windshield. Without coverage, drivers must pay the entire cost of repairs or replacements.
Small windshield repairs can be finished in 30 minutes, while windshield replacements take about an hour.
The adhesives used in windshields need at least one hour to cure, so drivers must wait before getting back on the road.  Similarly, drivers should wait at least 24 hours after a windshield repair or replacement before washing their cars. The water and chemicals in the soap can weaken the adhesive. Because of the additional pressure involved, drivers should wait three days after repairs or replacements before going through an automated car wash.
Replacing a windshield costs between $150 and $300 on average.
