A day mixed of elation and frustration. Tyler, the "sales consultant" was most helpful, pleasant and helped my wife and me through road testing two different vehicles. My wife settled on a used 2017 Escape. We had planned on getting a sales agreement to take to our credit union for financing. Tyler, admittedly new at the job called on his manager for assistance which was fine. "Bob" (the typical used car salesman) started out helping Tyler go through the procedures. Bob suggested that they could finance it so we could take the car with us. It was a two hour trip, we had arrived about 1PM. It sounded good but stated the interest rate at the credit union. Bob left, came back, said they could match it so we gave the ok. After waiting about two hours, now after 4:30 PM, a lady showed up offering us a protection plan, but no cost figures, so we said no. Bob again, extolling the virtues of the plan, but still no figures; I had asked for the bottom line. Bob: "oh, one of those bottom line guys!" and left. Soon he returned with the costs and how much it would be. Final figures made sense so we said okay. Hour wasted by something should have been done at the beginning. After some more hours the lady showed up an armload of papers to be signed. I had always said "read before signing" but it was late, after 6 PM, we were weary, so signed what was put before us. At 83 and 82 it had been a long day. Two days later we went to DMV in Springfield, Vt. to pay taxes, etc. Oops, no title, back home, phone calls to AutoServ of Tilton. Most calls were "left messages". Finally reached a man said he'd look for the title. Before he called back the title arrived by UPS! At last back to DMV to finalize the last of the paperwork. Later discovered owners manual missing, was told we'd have to buy one. After going over more of the figures discovered the extra high "administration fees". I guess the sellers like to leave a few surprises for the buyers. We won't be one again.

I needed to get a new car for work and had negative equity in my old car. I went up to see John Scannell who recommended I wait a few months to get the negative equity down and come back instead of trying to push a car on me. When I returned this week, he was so accommodating and had me in and out with a new car in two days on my lunch hour!! He is so wonderful and just "gets it". He adapts to whomever is before him and doesn't try to push the sale. You feel like he is putting himself in your shoes and just goes with the flow. In the end I drove off today with the Jeep Cherokee that I wanted and I couldn't recommend more John Scannell as the best Salesperson on the Planet. This was the first time in 20 years as a single female car shopper that I DID NOT feel taken advantage of! Highly recommend John Scannell wholeheartedly to everyone~!!!!!!! Two thumbs up, 10 stars for this Top Gun who has numerous awards and years experience!

I purchased a VW Jetta Diesel from Auto Serv after visiting 3 other VW dealerships. I purchased from Auto Serv for the simple reason of there honesty and no hassle. My salesman , John Kimball was actually taking a break as I was looking around the lot. He simply asked me if I needed any assistance and there was no pressure what so ever. I simply told him what I wanted to pay and after speaking with the finance manager, Matt he said they could make the deal happen. That was it. No haggling , personable service and I simply purchased the vehicle. Other dealers I visited treated me like a number and were not sincere. I highly reccomend this dealership.

My visit to AutoServ of Tilton orginally was not for me but for a friend who was looking for a new car. I was merely along for moral support. Tab Colby was the salesperson who we dealt with. He was great! Very honest, down to earth guy. Definitely not a pushy salesperson at all. While waiting for an answer on financing on my friends vehicle, I started to ask some questions and before I knew it I was driving out with a brand new 2011 Jeep Compass. I would absolutely recommend AutoServ of Tilton. By the way, my friends financing went through and she also drove home with a new car!

I came to AutoServ just to see what I might be able to do with my current Jeep Grand Cherokee, given that it had high miles and was getting old. Jeremy, the salesman, was very nice throughout the time I was there. Even though I kept him and the others there until 10 o'clock at night, no one complained and continued to be very helpful. He helped me into a Brand New 2015 Jeep Patriot while keeping it in my budget, even though I owed a lot of money on my old Jeep. I couldn't believe it. They were outstanding, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.

I went to your dealership looking to buy a Ford Edge and left with a Nissan Rogue (I LOVE it!). I dred the whole idea of purchasing a vehicle, but my salesperson, Tab Colby, took the extra time to explain and was not pushy at all. He was very professional, and made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right choice. Additionally, Matt (in finance) was very courteous and took the time to explain all the finance issues. I had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend your dealership and Tab Colby to my friends and family.

David Gosnell, Service Advisor is very knowledgable about VW, especially TDIs. Since Tilton Autoserv began sales and service of Volkswagen, I have been dealing with David. He knows his customers, always explains the service and provides options when approriate. David is always open to calls if needed and responds quickly. Even though this service department is always busy and overbooked, David knows how to make it work. Past service experiences had caused me to seek service elsewhere, I am glad to see a difference.

My experience with Autoserv started out with a young woman who helped me over the telephone. she told me to come in the following day and when i did i was introduced to Tab Colby. He was fantastic. He might an experience that could have been dreadful and painful much easier and positive. I had always received glowing recommendations from all of my friends for Autoserv so when the time came that is where i went. And i'm certainly glad i did.

This was my third new vehicle purchase ever. It was my first experience with AutoServ of Tilton. It was by far the easiest purchase I have made.
