Texas Best Pre-Owned
If you have the credit to go to a dealership and get a low APR I would say go ... if not and you want a company that is like family this one is GREAT. I have now purchased 3 cars from them and love them like they were family. I have read some other reviews and some were really rude and not nice at all. One person even put how Jamie was a liar and thief and why they need to say he's not a christian is horrible. Whether he is or isn't he should not be judged and if the one boasting all of that mess is ... well is he really? Questionable when only HE is to be the one who judges... ok Im sorry I went on a little tangent there. Back to the business at hand. I purchased a great little Escape from up there and 5 months into it I was in a horrible wreck. Not only was the car totaled but I was broken up pretty badly as well. After finding out the new insurance company I went with did not give me GAP coverage I was going to not only end up owing money for a car I couldn't even drive but I then would not even have had money to put down on another car. I was so upset and as I had to call the car lot and let them know I began to get horribly upset. Jamie not only cared more about my personal well being and how I was taking everything he assured me not to worry, Just to give myself time and to get better and in his words... let them broken bones mend. He put me at ease on a day I needed it the most. A time later when I was able to make it up there Jamie and Rick worked out everything. They took the loss on my car and put me in my Explorer, no questions asked. Now does this sound like a horrible company or anything other mean or nasty thing I have seen on here??? NO!!! They have been awesome. They found my little sister her dream car and got my boyfriend in to a truck in just a couple of hours. Rick and Tommy work very hard up there and many hours to try to make your experience a great one. They don't just see you as dollar signs they see the person. Now I'm not saying the financing is all that and a bag of chips but hey ... if you need a buy here pay here... They at least report good credit every month! I've bought from other buy here pay heres (Public Auto being one of them --- horrid experience) and this is the one that I found to be the absolute best for me and my family. So my advice just go talk to Rick or Tommy ... be smart about your purchase look at everything, and at least rest at ease knowing they are HONEST.

We traveled 45 minutes to get to this dealership. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with me on the phone with all of my questions. He made sure we were taken care of from the start and even walked over to shake my hand upon our arrival at their lot! I was shocked upon entering that before I could enter my mouth, the manager knew my name and who I was. Talk about customer service. They immediately pulled up both vehicles we were interested in and we made our decision in about 5 minutes. Everyone was straight up with us, friendly and really made a point to get us out of their in a timely manner. We knew everyone had our best interests at heart. I was so nervous going there because usually purchasing a new vehicle can be so painful and long and drawn out. This was the best experience I have ever encountered while buying a vehicle in all of my years of car ownership. I highly recommend making a trip to Terrell to visit Texas Best Preowned. They may be small but don't let their size fool you! Quality and Class all the way!

My husband and I bought a 2001 Jeep from Texas Best Pre-Owned 3 yrs ago. We had no problems other than normal maintenance. We would like to give Jamie and Rick a big thanks for that. We bought our auto after we totaled our other one. Jamie and Rick were the only place in which we could get credit and it was no problem with. Another reason we went with this company is the Warranty which they offer with their auto purchase which helps out if something should happen, which helps with cost on used autos. The people at Texas Best Pre-Owned are very friendly people and they are also easy to work with. We had to be late a couple of times, just by a day or two, so all I had to do is call them and let them know and why and they were very understanding. We now have a good credit rating because of this company. We have been looking to purchase another auto from them. We have recommended them to our family members as well as friends, I would recommend them to anyone who ask.

Texas Best Pre-Owned
I would highly recommend Texas best preowned to family and friends. Rick and the whole staff are very friendly and helpful. We bought a truck there 4 months ago, hassle free, and since we have bad credit they were willing to work with us, something no bank will do. Not only that, but about 2 weeks ago we got into a wreck and have been fighting with the other persons insurance company to get the truck fixed. Rick has gone out of his way to help us get the insurance to get off there butts and do something!! What dealership would do that?? None..they could care less about you..but not TBPO...they actually care about the person. For all the people writing mean and bad reviews...make your payments on time and it won't get repoed!!! I will definitely be doing business with them again, and are sending and recommending them to everyone!! Thanks Rick and every at Texas Best Preowned!!!

My wife and I purchased a Chevy Suburban from Jason at Texas Best. He was great! and not just the day we got the truck, about 3 weeks after we got it there was an issue, we called Jason and everything was taken care of! We almost did not get the extended warranty because I am a certified mechanic; So Jason THANK YOU for suggesting it. When you go definitely ask for Jason and ask about the extended coverage too! *** Please keep in mind they didn't sell us a bad truck with a problem; I am a master certified tech, i looked at this truck on the lift no one could have known this would happen. Great service, very helpful, and when/if there is a problem they fix the problem! i'm a customer for life!

I recently Purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado From Mickey at Texas best Pre-owned. I got my tax return money and was going to use it for my down payment. I had recently visited Texas Best pre-owned and had talk to Mickey and Jamie(the owner) about the truck I wanted and the situation I was in. They Said " No Problem, Come on back when you get your check". Three weeks later my check arrived and I worked out a deal with Mickey and I couldn't be happier!! There were no games or high pressure sales tactics! It was a breeze and I would recommend them to anybody!!

If you don't make ur payments then yes they will come get it, that is there right. Tommy and Rick keep doing what is right and God will bring the right people to Texas Best Pre-Owned! Texas Best Pre-Owned
Unlike others who post here, my experience was good. I live outside the state of Texas and I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel which quite rare. I found it at Texas Best Pre-owned. I flew to DFW, picked up the vehicle and drove it back to Atlanta Georgia. It was a great smooth transaction and the service was courteous and professional. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and despite the high milage, it looked and drove like new. Rick & Jamie did a great job.

Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
