Sarahs Philippines Store
Sarah is really nice lady and she has a great selection of Filipino goods. My wife is from Manila and Sarah is from Quezon City so its nice for my wife to be able to speak, in Tagalog, to someone that knows a lot of the same stuff that she does. If you have never been to the Philippines, it may look like its just a bunch of stuff thrown into a room but that is how stores are in the Philippines. My wife felt right at home. She saw so many familiar products and couldn't believe that those things were available in Terre Haute, of all places. Also, she has a list of most of the Filipinos who live in the area so, if you just got here from the Philippines, this would be a good place to find out about others who have moved here and where they meet up.

Not a bad bank to deal with. They are strict and make you follow the terms of the agreement. Those with bad experiences have usually not followed through with the agreement. They are a bank not a charity.

Team Realty
Cannot express how displeased I am with team realty. For starters the "property manager" Lisa is very shady as previously expressed in other reviews. Ended up moving into a bug infested house and received zero to little help from the landlord even though the bug problem was brought on by our downstairs tenants. When bug problem was brought to her attention was verbally abused and kicked out of her offices. My advice for you unless you like bug riddled housed in trashy neighborhoods is to stay away from this realtor.

we have went to all kinds of places and I had a credit score of 625 no one would give us a loan for a nice vehicle one call to them and dealership told us we can come in to sign paper work and we drove home with it. kids love the dvd player. never had any issues. still wished they do home loans because we have seen a lot of nice home that was best fit for are budget. highly recommend if we could have called them first we would have saved us from some unnecessary credit inquiries

Walmart Supercenter
It is a shame the management of this walmart is so short sighted and rude. My husband, a truck driver, stopped here to go inside and make some purchases only to be told by his company that they had been called and if he didn't leave Walmart would have his truck towed... When he called the store to make a complaint for the foul treatment the manager asked him how much could he have even possibly spent anyway... Does it matter how much he was going to spend? I can tell you how many hundreds I have spent a month there for years, on average 800 a month just for groceries for the house and I can tell you how much I will be spending there from now on, not a single cent. A truck driver is good enough only to deliver your products for you to stock your shelves but not buy from you? Alright then, that'll be just fine with me. My husband and I will be happy to take our business to a company who is appreciative of return customers.

I used this company, that was until I was between jobs, then knowing my payment would be late, they refused it, I went to a dealership not knowing they refused my payment, to trade in my car, due to them not being willing to work with me, the representative I was dealing with, instantly issued a repo, demanded the company have the car by Sunday night(issued repo on Friday when I was sitting at dealership) monday the dealership called and I had been approved with my trade. When the reposession company came to get car, I called police, they verified this company refused all future payments on my car! This all because I tried to trade it in. This is my experience with them. Hopefully people will read this and stay away from them!

Tips & Advices
Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy. In this case, an attorney may be needed to settle the claim.
In the case of damage, take pictures of the affected area as soon as any safety or health emergencies are resolved. Take note of what happened and all the relevant circumstances and report to your insurer as soon as possible. If any of your possessions were damaged, use an inventory of your important assets and make note of this in the claim. Once an adjuster has made their own report, review it for accuracy.
If you're involved in an accident, you need to call the police right away and have them document the situation. You can file a claim upon obtaining the police report. It's also a good idea, if possible, to take your own notes to record: what happened before the accident, the date and time, traffic signs in the area and road conditions. Also get the other driver's name, address, license plate number, and insurance information. Even photos taken with a cell phone camera can help the claims process. Once you have this documentation, call your insurance company right away.
