Best Deal Furniture
I was ready to write a 5 star review after leaving the store, even though we hadn't even had our new bedroom set delivered yet, just based off of the quality, selection available, and incredibly friendly and helpful service we received. The owner was very honest. My wife and I had chosen a mattress with our set that we liked, but the owner told us about different one that was the same quality, but for $100 less than the one we were looking at.I was approved for credit even though I didn't expect to be.I'm currently in the process of rebuilding it.What else is that they will report favorably to the bureaus as I pay off what I borrowed. We had planned on picking our furniture up ourselves, to save money on delivery, but the owner not only gave us free delivery, but also had his team set everything up for us too.Now that we've had a full night to sleep on our new bed, I wish we could give Best Deal Furniture more than 5 stars. The mattress was very high quality.I woke up feeling refreshed after sleeping like a baby. The wood on our dresser, stand, and bed frame looks very expensive, and comparable to other sets my wife and I found at other retailers for about $1,000 - $1,500 less.

King's Fish House
I wanted to like this place. But the service was so poor and the food so overcooked. We were at jason's table on 9/12/2015. He simply ignores his tables. He doesn't make eye contact or returns to the table to do simple tasks. I.e. fill water glass. He forgot our bread although blamed the kitchen twice when we asked for it and after waiting 30 min and asking for a third time we had a simple plate of bread. He dropped off the bill for our table after I waved my credit card at him and then went directly to roll silver in napkins. We waited and waited finally one of us walked over and handed him the bill and credit card. The food should be good! But it was over cooked. I am afraid it sat under a heat lamp for a time and continued to cook while Jason rolled silver or some other low priority. So disappointed.

The Dump
This was our first visit to The Dump. I was a little hesitant after reading so many negative reviews on Yelp but our experience was excellent. We had a number of sales people stop and asked if they could be of help. They answered our questions but didn't hover . We bought a dining room table and 6 chairs and our salesman, Shad, was most accommodating and pleasant. We will certainly go back!

Furniture Discounters
This place is awesome - I was extremely impressed by the quality and condition of the merchandise. The pricing is fantastic and they deliver too! If you need anything from a leather couch, dining set, buffet, bedroom furniture, even a pool table - go here first! It's right near IKEA on Ruby - check it out.

Kelly's Cajun Grill
Kelly's Cajun Grill is one my favorite Restaurants in the Valley. they serve the best gumbo and spicy rice, the crew and chef is superb and the ambience of the place is definitely perfect to eat. the food may be a little bit too long to serve but what do you expect? its good food not fast food.

Fat Tuesday
I've going here for years. It's 7/11 for adults. Pick your adult flavored Icie and enjoy seating inside or out. This last time, they had a really good guitarist playing 80's and 90's rock and roll on the patio. When it's hot they turn of the misters for a nice temp cool down.

Mor Furniture for Less
I just wanted to let you know how easy it was to purchase my new bed. My saleslady Jordyn Ott, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked easily though this purchase. I'm very lucky that she was my salesperson. She is definitely an asset to your business. Thanks.

Tempe 24/7 HVAC Services
They identified the problem very quickly, got me the new part within one hour, fixed the problem, and gave me detailed explanation of how things worked. They are just amazing! And the price is fairly reasonable. Again, would love to highly recommend A Plus Quality!

Pedal Haus Brewery
Great location and food. The outdoor patio is awesome with two corn hole games and a ping pong table. Service was a bit on the slow side and although I was not super impressed with their IPA, they had numerous other IPA's and non-IPA's to choose from.
Tips & Advices
Interior designers can generally work on every type of room, but one should not assume that all of them can work on every type of space. More complicated projects--for example those in buildings with historic preservation strictures, or those that are going for sustainability certifications--will be suited to interior designers with specific expertise. Also, interior designers that have experience in a certain type of project may not want to take on projects that are outside their expertise. For example, an interior designer who has only worked on commercial projects may not want to do a small private home.
Every interior designer has their own style, but some designers are more versatile than others. Some really do specialize in functionality and code compliance, whereas others are more focused on aesthetics. Interior decorators are completely focused on visual impact, and therefore should be reviewed and selected based on how well their style is a match for the client’s tastes.
Full-service interior design starts with an assessment of a site and the client’s long-term needs for that space. It encompasses concept design, floor plans and lighting plans, providing project specifications to contractors, supervising  contractor negotiations and installations, applying for permits, and shopping for all the materials and pieces for the project. On top of this, there are the “decorator” deliverables, i.e. creating the aesthetic of the space, selecting wall colors/covers and furniture pieces, purchasing products and installing them.
An interior designer may come into a development project very early on, working with the developer and architect from the pre-construction phase. They may be the one to design floor plans, decide where to place interior walls, and supervise contractors that are installing elements of the build. They often work on commercial projects, although many of them work on residential projects. Interior designers can “switch hats” and do interior decoration, which means they are only focused on the aesthetic elements and visual components of a residence.
An interior designer or interior decorator should ask a potential client what the scope of the project is, what the projected budget is, what payment structure the client wants, and what the timeline for the project is. Also, they should be asking whether the client has any samples of other projects they like, and would like to use as a guideline. They could also ask what the client’s budget for furniture/accessories/art is, since that in many cases is a separate amount from the budget for the designer’s labor. If an interior designer is being interviewed early into a new build or a renovation project, they might ask questions to determine whether they can collaborate with architects and contractors from early on, to execute their vision for the space. If that is not in line with a client’s wishes, the client can then say that the project scope is for interior design only.
