They were extremely professional, helpful, and they had great competitive prices! I was very pleased with the work they did on my car and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.

Rancho Car Wash
I spoke with Dave Laurence the Owner today, and was hung up on.My S UV's blue tooth was dislodged. I was trying to explain to him what occurred. Apparently this was something he couldn't understand or was unwilling to care about, after all this wasn't his vehicle. I was told to come in on Monday,so he himself could look at it..After listening to the Condescending and ARROGANT disposition, i will try and fix it myself. That last thing i want is to start my day talking to a rude and sarcastic person who has poor communication skills..I now see that customer service isn't something they value, I will Never bring any of my cars here again, unless i want to leave with it damaged!!!I've been taking all my vehicles here since 1991 and they could care Less!!

Walmart - Tire & Lube Express
Check your oil, fluids before you leave this store. They are shady as heck, and LAZY. Will never go there again.

I dealt with Yevi who gave me the closest price to what I wanted. I was happy and we sealed the deal.As he was driving home, about 20 miles in, my husband noticed a rotating, rocking type sound coming from the back wheels at around 60-70 mph. He informed me of it, but I told him he was probably listening a little too hard. So I decided to drive it. Initially everything sounded good for about 10 miles. I started noticing it and the car also felt like it was rocking. 2 days after having the car, the tire pressure light came on for the rear left tire, where the noise was coming from. Fast forward to 4 days after. We took it to the dealership and found out the alignment is off, so it caused the car to rock, which made the two back wheels wear from the inside out. The dealership also informed us that the air filters has never been changed. Estimated repairs will cost about $500.We called yevi to inform him of it. We tried being polite, but he began arguing with us saying that it was normal wear and tear on the tires and that we just need to change it. We emphasized that he told us the car was in good condition. He just kept defending himself and arguing, saying this is "normal wear and tear". Note: They will trick you by putting a paper on the dashboard of each car with it checked as "warranty OR as-is". However, all vehicles have it checked for "warranty" but when they have you sign the papers, they may have you sign for as-is no warranty (the same paper, but this time they will switch it to 'as-is') and will explain that the car is still under manufacturer warranty and that the original dealership will take care of any issues, not them. Very misleading. They will sell you a car and leave you in the dust. After receiving a bad review, he called back and offered a check sent to us. What we originally wanted. But he also then asked if we could remove the review. That just shows you what he's more concerned about. What a joke.

Rancho Car Wash
Fast car wash, you need to watch your car go through the process though. Every other car gets the wax and under carriage. I pay for it but my car always seems to be the one that doesn't get it. Don't expect you are getting the service just because you pay for it, make sure to watch your car go through to make sure you get what you pay for. They are fast and your car never sits. Not very busy on weekends.

Temecula Tire And Auto Repair
I was treated like family by Alex. He performed only the service required and told me that my warranty still covered my broken a/c. He could have repaired it and charged me and I wouldn't have known any better...an honest man who had earned my business from now on.

Rockstar Used Cars of Temecula
The Rock Star team is great, they kept me entertained during the very short process of me getting approved. I bought a 2003 Ford F250, the previous owner took very good care of it, the truck runs great. I appreciate how easy they made the entire process.

Rancho Car Wash
Wow this is a very bad place to go get your car washed, indeed a rip-off !I paid over $70 and when they handed the car back to me the bumpers were still dirty. So i figured it must be a mistake; i called the manager over; guy's name was miguel. He saw the dirt on the bumpers and he saw that it looked like it had not been washed at all, and proceeded to tell me, and I quote:"You have to pay extra".i couldn't believe it, It felt like i was in some twilight zone episode with a car wash. It was truly mind blowing. I've been taking my car to many different car washes around this area for the last 15 years and they all do a decent job, obviously some better than others. Stay away from this place, drive an extra mile or two, go to a different place, don't get ripped off !in all fairness after 15 mins of unbelievable arguing, the guy took a rag to the bumpers... when I get home, I'm gonna have to clean it again. crazy!
Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
