Called my home warranty company First American. Accord called to inform me on 6/26/17 that due to the holiday week they were backed up, and would be out around 7/3 or 7/5 to repair my dryer. Dryer was still somewhat fuctional so I agreed. The appointment person said they always have cancellations and was sure I could get pushed up. That never happened. Called on 7/3 left a message no call. On 7/5 the tech calls said would be there in 10mins so much for a 30 min heads up. Tech gets there doesn't have the ignition switch even though I told them the dryer wasn't turning on to heat. Tech said would hopefully have the part the next day. I called 2x the next day to ask the tech if he had the part. He finally called back said they don't have the part and to call the shop. Called spoke to Irene at accord who told me they could be out on 7/11 15 days after my first call. Said that was the best they could do because they didn't have the part. Asked to speak to a supervisor said there was no one else there. I could not believe she was the only person there I could hear other people talking in the back ground. Then said everyone was on the phone or at lunch and could not transfer the call Irene said there phones don't work like that( I've never heard of such a thing) Don a supervisor called me said the part would be in in Monday and they could repair it on Monday said they only get parts in on Mondays Wednesday's and Friday's and I missed the Friday cut e en though I was calling on Thursday. Called my warranty company they called accord and were told the part was in however they could not instal until Monday priority is given to there customers first over others. Very rude unprofessional and totally uncaring from a customer experience I can say they don't care. if you have a choice don't use this company. RUN

UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT I am giving them one star ONLY because I am required to in order to review them. They have been to home for the last six months trying to fix a dishwasher and washing machine... Still not fixed... their service person who has been here at least three times is RUDE... and INCOMPETENT!!!Under no circumstances will they EVER be allowed into my home again. They are lazy and make excuses for their incompetence.... they don't even attempt to excuse their rude behavior. Unprofessional and INCOMPETENT! That is Accord in three words.

I couldn't agree more with all of these reviews above. A technician was supposed to show up within a 6 hour window today and never showed up. I have called Accord 3 times and have not received any response. We are now past the 6 hour window. How this company is still in business I have no clue. Worst customer service ever! No courtesy call from the technician to let us know he was not going to show up. I will be leaving reviews on every website I can because this is the worst service we have ever received. Pretty sad that this company can't get more than 1 star..... time to close your doors!!!

American Homeshield (Home Owners Warranty Co) and Accord Appliances NEVER AGAIN.Accord Appliances were sent by American Homesshield to fix my dish washer. Their technicians doesn't know nothing. He came out and has been changing parts, he would try one doesn't work, he will order another one and would take 5-15 days, that wouldn't work he will order another one again 5-15 days. This has been going on from October 2009 and we are in January 2010.Finally the technician told me it is not fixable and he will report to American Homeshield. Next day I went and ordered a new dish washer and I sent the receipts to Am Homeshield. 5 days later Accord called me that they got the part and want to replace it. I told them your technician told me it's not fixable, he was going to report to Am Homeshield and I ordered a new machine. He said he doesn't know what's going on. Now Am Homeshield is refusing to reimburse me for the new dish washer and my old dish washer is still not working.The two companies never to be used in the future.

STAY AWAY The customer service woman both lied to me, then to my home warranty company. Failed to show in a 6 hour window. No call to let me know. In fact in the last hour when I called in, I was assured someone would be here. No apologies, I was actually treated worse from this point on. Including getting hung up on. Horrible company from the leaves to the roots. And I'm not even done dealing with them yet.

The office person is rude she will hang up on you they live they won't show up on time they want you to stay at home and wait for them and then they don't show up I wouldn't give these guys even one star the business is a joke

ZERO STARS DESERVED. So I yet again scheduled with them for the following Monday from 12-6. I texted DAWN 951-579-4326 at 3:30 just to confirm the repairman is still coming, and she said he would be here before 6:00. 6:20 comes around and NO ONE SHOWED UP. I texted and called (they have no one answering their business lines 951-308-6686) and no one returned my messages. I complained to my warranty company, and come to find out that Accord closed out my work order when, in fact, CHRIS, who spoke with the rep at my warranty company, confirmed that my refrigerator needs a new compressor. I attempted to come to some sort of understanding with the owner, JERRY 951-319-9442, and he couldn't care less. This business does not answer their phones because they are flooded with complaints. I made a complaint with the warranty company and it turns out the warranty company has spoken to 6 people with Accord Appliances, KIM, CHRIS, TODD, JERRY, DAWN, AND BRIAN, all to no avail.

Unethical, unreliable, unprofessional, untruthful practices.THIS COMPANY HAS AN "F" RATING AND WARNING AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY OR STAFF INTO YOUR HOME. They were assigned to look at my refrigerator through my warranty company. They did not show up for the first appointment and tried to lie and say they did. Well, guess what? I have a home surveillance system, and nobody from their company appeared or called. Then when I complained about that, the second appointment time window they gave me was from 12-6, so I scheduled the whole day around them. After paying $100 service fee, their elementary technician, BRIAN, said all my refrigerator needed was freon, and we'd have to schedule another appointment. I got a text message from DAWN saying it would take a week to order our "part," which would arrive on a Saturday. ZERO STARS DESERVED

I have bought 3 appliances from Action and its been a great experience each time. They have also had one repair call here, they were on time and fixed the problem quickly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like to get SCREWED in the A**!!! What you will get from this company is Attitude Service when you call, multiple visits for the same problem in which they make worse on their first visit, claim it's a plumbing issue and then it ends up being the discharge pump and then they tell your warranty company AHS you never paid the fee when they came out AND amazingly can't find your work order when AHS calls to confront them (when I HAVE the work order the guy gave me in which says paid cash right on it WITH his initials) How they are still in business is beyond me. F with the BBB AND 1 star on YELP!! Many complaints WILL be filed!
