Cool Air Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning
It is rare these days to find a Company that really cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. I am grateful to have found such a Company in Cool Air Solutions. As a background, I took my time and met with the five local companies who were listed as certified installers on SCE's website as I wanted to take advantage of SCE rebates when upgrading my HVAC equipment. I also researched all five of the companies online. Even before I met Justin from Cool Air Solutions, they stood out as I had read a number of positive reviews of the Company online. Justin showed up and I could tell right away he was a genuinely nice man. I was very impressed that he crawled under my deck and went under the house to inspect my duct work. Let's face it, no one wants to do the dirty work anymore and only two of the five companies I had come out even bothered to climb under my house to properly inspect my duct work. Making my home more energy efficient had become a big hobby for me and I had a million and one questions about different HVAC technology. Justin really seemed to care and was incredibly patient and helpful. When all of the bids came in a couple of the companies tried to gouge me, which seems to go with the territory, but I was delighted that Cool Air Solution’s bid was very reasonable. Justin did load calculations on my home and shared with me that the two older 5 ton units that I was planning to replace could be replaced by smaller 3 ton units. In fact, my duct work couldn't even handle 5 tons so I'd had been essentially been paying for 5 tons and only getting about 3 tons as it was! Justin was great and so was the entire staff at Cool Air Solutions. I had my own Title 24 inspector come out at the end of the installation and the Cool Air Solutions Team bent over backwards to find and resolve all of the leaks in my old duct work. Turns out my prior HVAC company didn’t do the best work. Even after the system passed and the inspector left, the team continued to search for gaps around the registers that should have been sealed and spent a lot of time to make the system even more efficient! I’m guessing others would have left well enough alone but it was clear to me that this installation team really took pride in their work and it’s something you just don’t see a lot of these days.It was getting dark on the last day and Mike said he would come back because we still were trying to figure out why we weren’t getting as much air out of a few registers as we should. He and TJ returned a day later and crawled under the house to the very back part where it gets extremely cramped and discovered a few things my old HVAC company had done wrong with the duct work in that back corner. They fixed all of the issues and we got flow out of registers that had never really worked properly before. I was thrilled as a couple of those registers were in our master bedroom and our room had always been the hardest to heat or cool. In closing, I really can’t say enough good things about Cool Air Solutions. A special thank you to Justin, Mike, TJ, Jose and the entire team. I’m signing my name below and including my phone number in case anyone would care to contact me about my experience working with Cool Air Solutions. Joseph GrayTemecula, CA915-775-4311

Doolan Plumbing
I called about 8:45 this morning after discovering a broken pipe coming from the water heater spraying hot water into the garage. They came out quickly and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs that we have. Thank you so much!!! :)

Mar-Temp Air Conditioning & Heating
I am a property manager in the Lake Elsinore area. Matt is fair, honest and efficient. He was referred to me by a current home-owner and I am glad for it. Thank you again Matt.
Tips & Advices
Driver can find the cheapest gas prices by using an app to search for the lowest prices in their area.  Some apps such as Gas Guru take note of your location, and provide a list of gas stations nearby, along with the cost of gas currently being sold at each station.
There are things you can do to slightly improve the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. Make sure your car's tires are properly inflated, and treat your engine to regular tune-ups. Check your engine's air filter, since a dirty air filter will compromise fuel economy.
Drivers must shut their engine off before pumping gas because it's illegal to fuel with the engine running, even though this law isn't always aggressively enforced. Pumping gas with the engine running can compromise your safety. When your car's engine is running, it's possible for its catalytic converters to generate heat that could ignite gasoline, and start a fire.
Even though many gas stations have warnings advising you not to use your cell phone while fueling, the chances of cell phones igniting a gasoline vapor fire are extremely remote. However, fires at the gas pump may be caused by static electricity discharge. For safe fueling, it's recommended that you turn off your car's engine and avoid smoking at the pump. Also, you should never re-enter your vehicle while refueling.
Many factors contribute to the lack of uniformity in gas prices. Retailers consider their tax responsibilities when setting gas prices. States place varying taxes on gasoline retailers, and a state with higher taxes will have higher gas prices than a state in which the taxes are lower. Also, if a gas station is located in an especially competitive area, a branded operator may receive wholesale discounts that allow the station to sell gas at a lower price. This is done by brands to keep their gas competitive in tight markets.
