The service department has gotten very disappointing over the last few years. Just had an expensive repair due to a dirty engine filter. Was pointed out needing to be replaced AFTER my oil change a couple of months ago. Tried to bring it in two Saturdays ago after setting an appointment over the phone to also have the breaks replaced. Left after being told it would be over 3 hours. On Saturday this past weekend I had set an online appointment for 8 am the day before. When I got there there was no record in the system of my appointment. I even had my confirmation printout.

Leasing my new QX50 was a snap at INFINITI of Tampa. They were open to my straightforward, no-nonsense approach when I discussed term, monthly payment, and down payment. I appreciate(d) Sebastian Manzano in sales who was friendly & approachable without being pushy. Nick Sankey in Finance was also a great guy who provided additional options absent of making me feel pressured. Great experience, definitely recommend them!

I called to get some recall work done on my Corolla. Mark had me in for repairs in an hour. The work was completed in time frame estimated. While waiting, met more friendly associates who stopped and said hello (my Rays shirt was a hit). The cafe had great food. Loved the wait area. Very comfortable and family type atmosphere. Actually wouldn't mind working here

Joe Q did an amazing job taking care of our needs when we brought our car in for service on a busy Saturday. He made us feel like we were his only customers for the day. He was extremely helpful & willing to go the extra mile, as was the entire Toyota of Tampa Bay team. Thanks, everyone!!!

This is my second lease car at this dealer. From my experience, they always provide excellent customer service.If I had to find something for improvement, they could keep me better informed as to the progress (how much longer?) of the service. The waiting area is comfortable and in general the service visit is usually very pleasant.

As far as car service goes they are horrible! Bought a $40,000 car with a $3000 service plan. First time I went in for oil change they kept me waiting TWO HOURS. Then tried saying it was because of a recall on the radio system. I complained that they could have communicated this with me. Was told it wouldn't happen again. Decided to give them second chance and went in today for another APPOINTMENT and once again was there for 1 HOUR & 45 minutes! When I confronted manager John Waitekus (maybe code for wait at kia's forever) gave me the EXACT same excuse as last time! They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Go to jiffy lube and DON'T BUT SERVICE PLAN!
