I highly recommend this shop!!! Always so professional and honest. Can't say I've been treated any better in any other shop these past years. I wouldn't ever hesitate to go to them. If you're having any type of problem with your car this is the place to go !

I needed a set of aftermarket sideskirts painted asap and an estimate on some minor body work.Messaged T&K on Facebook only to get an immediate reply back on a Saturday morning. They asked if I could bring the car and parts within the hour, and I Did.My First Impression was already beyond my expectations. The Guys at T&K are Personable, Professional, and a Highly experienced.I left my Sideskirts there on Saturday late afternoon, they were painted and ready to be picked up by Monday afternoon. The quality and paint match are spot on!The Price was very reasonable, but the Customer Service was the best part. Not like your standard assembly line bodyshop. These guys introduced themselves one by one with a hand shake, explained exactly what they could do to fix the car, and gave me an unbeatable estimate.Needless to say, T&K gained my trust, and The car is going in for a cosmetic refresh in two weeks.

I got into a car accident and did not know what to do. I went to two other shops that we're going to charge me over $1,800 to fix the car, I found Tito online on Facebook and he said he can help me no matter what, as being a single female going to any mechanic I'm very skeptical because a lot of shops take advantage of the fact that I'm a female. I had the car towed to his shop and he told me that he can do it for $1,000 .it's hard to believe because two other shops wanted to charge me so much more. he told me he would have the car fixed in a week and called me during the week to let me know the status of the vehicle. Exactly one week later one of his workers came and pick me up he brought me to the car and it looked absolutely amazing. I cannot believe that he fix the car, I am very grateful for Tito and the Gang for fixing the only thing I have left of my grandmother who recently passed away. If you want to have your car fixed perfect and an update as the progress progresses then bring your car to Tito tell him Alicia sent you and he will take good care of you..god bless

The mechanic James is a complete rip off as stated above. Him and his mother are both in cahoots. Quotes one price on the curb, goes inside of his "office" and comes back with something totally different. The shop is a mess, there is no sitting area and expects for you to ask after standing around and waiting for two hours for a brake job with my young child rather or not he accepts cash or card. Something illegal is going on there rather it be the drugs that they obviously use or insurance fraud. Just cant put my finger on it. Very rude and disrespectful in front of my child. i would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. And my brakes are still squealing after paying $170.00

This is very simple. If you want to be lied to and ripped off then by all means go by and get taken to the cleaners. The owners son Ishmael and I worked a deal whereas his shop would supply and install a new timing belt water pump kit. The kit includes a water pump, timing belt, serpentine drive belt, 2 cam seals, 1 crank seal, 1 idler pulley, 1 tensioner roller pulley, 1 water pump and gasket. After five days, Ishmael in a phone conversation said the work is complete, you are ready to go.There was also some other work to be done that was included in the price of the car "out the door".. This was some paint work on the body. That is another story, it was very sub-standard. Just plain poor craftsmanship. Over spray everywhere along with roof trim missing. After arriving at the lot with a full cash payoff I took a look under the hood. It was very apparent that no work was done, although Ishmael said the work was done and even brought out a timing belt and water pump and said this is the old one.I asked where the other replaced parts were and was told they were thrown out.I also asked for the Acura parts receipt from Tampa Acura, where I was told the parts would come from. There was no proper receipt. All in all this was my worst car buying experience ever. In the end I was lied to and cheated by this "Family Business".My $500.00 good faith deposit was not returned. Also I felt threatened by the owner for asking to walk away from the deal after attempting to negotiate for four hours.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
