We would like to respond to the last post regarding the Mickey bounce house for Sunday June 9th 2013.We did tried several times to confirm this order, finally Saturday night after 9:00pm customer answer to confirm the order, few minutes later she stated that it will be raining the next day around 1:00pm, she was not sure what to do, we do not give any refunds after we set up the equipment, the answer from us was the following,Let us know between 9:00am to 10:00am if you still want the unit, which she never did around 11:15am we send her a new email informing that if they still need the unit it will be deliver between 1:00pm to 1:30pm but we need then to get in touch with us first, at 12:05pm she start calling asking where is the bouncer? why is not here?Well, she did not called us, we did not insist because every ones knows that we had a tropical storm during the weekend which made difficult to have a party outdoors, and YES after insulting us for being careful we did replied to them,GOD BLESS!In fact Jamilynne did ordered a combo from us, it wasn't the world of Disney as she mentioned before, we do not carry that unit, she ordered the Mickey Clubhouse 5 in 1 Combo licensed unit, reservation was made on line by her and she included the customer address same as the delivery address, we at Amazing Jumps confirm all the reservations three days before, reservation was made from 1:00pm to 9:00pm when we proceeded to confirm the order we told her that we could be there any time between 9:00am to 1:00pm to deliver and pick up can be up to 3 hours late, she agreed on that and payment will be on cash.The day of the event our driver came to the address given by the customer, at that moment is when we found out that she was planning to do the event at the park, why she give us her home address as the park location? that we don't know .We called her to try to find out if she had a reservation on the park, she said that she do not need one, well in our business practice we need to see and check a park reservation prior to the event, we do that contacting the park and recreation from Manatee County, also we need to get a copy from a customer providing the park reservation, an utility bill and driver license number, we do all this because we need to know with who we leave our equipment specially the Mickey combo which cost is over $3995.00 dollars.She stated she will be there until 9:00pm to look for the unit, at that time the our driver noticed a sign on the park that said close at dawn, that's mean it will be dark by 5:45pm (on January).Which company will leave a bouncer with out confirming any reservation with the park?which customer will stay on a park until 9:00pm?Why she wait until the last moment to tell us that it was a park, when she included her home address same as the park?We offered to do the delivery at her house if she want it to that option, she refused to do that, she did not ordered a portable generator for that location which is what people do when the do reservation at parks when there is no electricity, we know now that she did not do that because she did not want us to find out that the location was a public place, we do not know what she want it to do but it was not anything good, We are now more careful than even on any person who would like to rent from us, specially when we are an approved vendor for 5 of 6 counties that we cover, (SARASOTA county do not allow any bounce company to deliver on their parks).We hope you find this information helpfulRespectfully,Amazing JumpsWe Kick The Party Off Inc(877) 355-8677www.wekickthepartyoff.com

I have been with Amazing Jumps and the owner for the past 10 years. We are a church and a preschool and so when we do events we are not only doing them for our members but for guest. It is very important for us that everything at our event is the best quality. If a guest is not pleased with what we provide, then it is our poor reflection on us. I can count on Amazing Jumps to provide the cleanest and safest jumpers. We do at least 5 huge events a year and have never been disappointed with the quality. It is like a brand new jumper every time. They are always on time and are courteous and helpful. They know the importance of giving back and have worked with us to support projects at many of the elementary schools. The quality, price and consistency can't be beat. Just wanted to thank you again for providing the chiavari chairs for my daughter’s third birthday tea party. Working with your business was great. In making our reservation, you were extremely easy to work with via paypal and email. You remembered some of the small details we discussed, like adding extra chair pads to boost up the little ones, even after I had forgotten them! I especially appreciated your patience and understanding when car trouble caused us to be delayed in arriving to the party, and you were there right on time as promised. We appreciated your reliability and dependability, and your willingness to dropoff and pickup the chairs on the same day from our outdoor venue. Several of our guests commented on how nice the chairs looked and how much they added to making our tea party feel special and “grown up”, transforming a simple picnic area into something special.
