Skyline Construction & Home Improvement Services
Rick the owner is the most professional contractor we have ever met. His presentation and knowledge makes you feel very comfortable. He gives you all.of his attention and is very patient. I have to admit we would call him at least twice a day. We were ordering materials we liked and it was a confusing process for me and my wife. Rick and his team were there for us every step of the way. They even used heavy duty floor paper and blue taped everything so our floors wouldn't be disturbed. He and his crew even cleaned up every nook and cranny when the remodeling was completed. Impeccable service from start to finish. Rick was right when he said I'm not your average contractor. If your serious I will be here in the am. He was from beginning to end. We did not have to wait for him to return a week or two later like some contractors. We have him on our speed dial! Thank you Rick to you and your crew. Thank you for that generous gift at the end. A nice gift card for me and my wife. If anyone needs a honest reliable contractor. Rick and his company are the way to go.

Bay Area Property Management
Bay Area Property Management is best described by one word - Professionalism. As a realtor and a tenant, I have dealt with so many Property Management companies but after moving into my current home, I instantly realized that they were in a different league in comparison to all other companies. They are responsive, very thorough and work efficiently. No matter what the issue the tenant may have, they have reliable companies that think highly of them and ready to take on projects at any time. A good example would be when I had problems with the water heater, though I reported it later in the day, Bay Area Property Management called their contact/company to fix the issue right away. Unfortunately the workers of that company already left for the day but the owner personally came out that same evening to fix the issue. They are always available to help. I would highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed!

Bay Area Property Management
This is the current property management company of the home I rent and have lived in over 6 yrs. I have had some horror stories of issues with previous property management companies as the owners live out of state. So I can honestly say Bay area property mgmt is a great company to rent from. They always respond quickly to issues and concerns as well as handling issues effectively. The owner is personally very on top of things and is very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kirschner Realty Services
Have been renting from Kirschner for 3 years they have been great to work with. I had issues with my job and had to pay late a few times, and they worked with me on the payments even calling the owners and explaining my situation. I vacated last month, moved to a bigger home and I cleaned the carpets, cleaned the home and followed the move out requirements and low and behold received my entire security deposit back. Professionalism at its best!

Home Encounter
We couldn't be happier with our Home Encounter agent Joann Lessaris! She is responsive, professional, and aims to please. We needed a long-term rental while our home is being built. Joann has an in-depth understanding of her property area and is clearly very familiar with the pros and cons of all the communities, school districts, etc. If you need a great agent ask for Joann Lessaris by name!

Kirschner Realty Services
Awesome company! Manage 11 of my homes for over 7 years. Prior to Kirschner Realty I tryed managing the homes myself and tenants literally destroyed my properties. KIrschner takes before and after photos to show the condition of the homes therefore there are no discrepancies. Love working with Karen and John they are very personable, professional and matter of fact! Would highly recommend

Cooperative Real Estate Greater Tampa
Julie was very knowledgeable and accountable. Much more than any other realtor we have ever dealt with. Crosses her T's and dots her I's. Very easy to talk to and keeps an open line of communication. Perfect person to help you list or buy your home. She treats you like a person and not a sign or object. I strongly recommend checking out her services for her expertise!

Bay Area Property Management
Bay Area Property Management has managed several properties for me for several years. Recently, I sold one property using Bay Area as the Real Estate agent. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to sell as a short sale. Bay Area was very helpful in getting it sold and dealing with the mortgage lender appropriately to conclude the sale in a very timely manner.

Cooperative Real Estate Greater Tampa
I started working with this Realty company a few days ago and I am pleased so far. Julie is very attentive and organized. She has met up with me a few times to discuss my specifications for moving into a new home. I can tell she does not want to hound you. Instead, she has been trying to pinpoint the ideal home for my family to move into. I am extremely grateful.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
