I would like to extend my thanks and compliments for the work provided by Antonio Gaston and his assistant Eddie during the installation of the new A.C. unit at my home, June 22, 2012. They both arrived at my home as scheduled at exactly at 8:00 a.m. and politely and professionally introduced themselves. They explained what they were going to do, where they needed to go in my home to get it done, and asked if I had any questions. They then began work immediately setting up their truck and equipment, and checking out what unit and equipment I had that they were going to remove.They presented an image of experience and confidence and quickly established a plan of action and moved efficiently to set up.Throughout this process they laid down tarps and other sheets to protect my flooring and home, and were always respectful when they had to enter a new area or needed to use the bathroom. Antonio set up the work to be done and kept both he and Eddie busy throughout their stay. I never saw them standing around or wasting time, and they seemed to move well together and independently.It was very hot and especially humid that day yet they moved quickly and carefully to dismantle the unit in the attic, and to quickly set up their work area up there before it became too hot. Very Smart!! They graciously and respectfully accepted offers of cold water or Gatorade, yet did not take advantage of the situation. They were always very respectful of my home and property.They answered my questions willingly and respectfully and with easy explanations so that I understood what or why they were doing things.They didn’t like to make small talk yet were patient and easy to talk with if I had a question or interrupted. They were conscious of keeping the area clean, both around the attic entrance, in my garage, in my yard around the condenser, and in the driveway around their truck.They were also mindful of safety and hazards as they worked with heavy equipment, sharps, electrical panels, chemicals, and tight work spaces in the attic. Once they completed their work Antonio reviewed with me some of the operating tips and instructions, explained the paperwork, and was very thorough in ensuring I was comfortable with the new unit.They completely cleaned the area before they left, and left behind virtually no trash, damage, or any other signs of their work other than a nice new A.C. unit! This experience was a pleasant continuation of the experience I had with Matthew Larson, the sales consultant that initially met with me and proposed the job.Matt also called the day before the install to ensure we were ready, and also visited the site Friday morning to ensure everything was going well and as promised.All of these actions and little attentions to detail added up to a very positive experience with Air Masters. I will use this experience as the benchmark to which to compare future contractors that work on my home.You have set a high standard!! I have already been asked by 3 neighbors about the work that was done by Antonio and Air Masters and have given both very positive compliments along with Matt Larson’s contact information.I will happily pass along my compliments and positive experience to others whenever possible thanks to Matt’s, Antonio’s, and Eddie’s work! I have been using And services going on 4 years and always have been satisfied but this recent issue showed me what the company is made of.I was taught anyone will give you great customer service when they want your business the question is will they continue that great customer service when you have an issue. I purchased a new A/C unit August 2016. It was running fine and then issues started, I panicked and with good reason, this was a brand new A/C unit and into less then a year...issues. I called And and spoke with Debbie who is wonderful and she transferred me to Edgar who listened calmly and empathetically to my concern he went out of his way to take care of this issue immediately. He sent a service man, when that failed he sent his top 2 service men Randy and Miles, at 2 different times. They researched and found the issue was a part within the a/c handler, it had a defect from the manufacturer. Edgar went into overdrive to get this problem rectified.He sent a team out, Tomak and Shaffick to fix the issue, this team worked excellent together and were very professional and I was very pleased with the results.As I stated in the beginning, anyone will give you great customer service, but it is when problems arise that a Company will show its true colors.And Services is a Company that has proven its accountability.Thank You.Stacey C.

We had an alarm go off in our home last night, and were shocked to find out it was signaling that a sewage pump suddenly malfunctioned. NOT something you want to happen...ever! I called Plumbing Rescue first thing in the morning, and they were quick to find us the first available appointment and accommodate our schedule. Later, when they had a change in their service calls, they called to ask if we would like them to come earlier than expected since it was a big problem. Drew. arrived, immediately recognized the problem, and tried his best to deliver the bad news that we needed a full replacement. However, he was understanding of the unexpected cost involved, and was happy to point out the discount available to us as member of their club membership. He also made sure to ask if we had any coupons, which we did, to help us out. He called for a delivery of the replacement, and while waiting, came and asked us if there was anything else he could check on for us since he had free time until it arrived. Really? Who does that?! It was great, and we did point out a couple of other plumbing concerns which he took care of right away. To summarize, he did the most awful job with a great attitude, all on a Friday afternoon when anyone would most certainly prefer to be elsewhere. I took the time to read the reviews for this company and it is completely mind blowing. Certain customers are upset and say unprofessional because they double checked a problem to ensure proper diagnosis. Another was the rep is professional, but things are supposed to be dropped out of a hat because they requested to. Another one only two stars for being late, the other reviews were more accurate. My service call was at 12am midnight and was in shock they even came out. Normally business's call and schedule the appointment for next day, I was taken care of as PRIORITY. To me that is great customer service!This company took the time to inform me my issues on my unit. No it was not to buy a new unit. My system was clean and my tech showed no other issues and informed us we have a great unit to last us a couple more years. It's sad certain customers would bash a great company to try and get something for free. My tech was Matthew, he reached 5 mins early, explained every part to the air conditioner to me to better understand any possible problems. My system is 8 yrs old and I thought they would try to sell me a new one but Matthew stated I didn't need one. That's honesty! I would recommend them and use them all the time!
I contacted Air Masters not to purchase a new system, but to fix all the problems I had with a previous install. Air Masters came in and performed so many tests and found so many issues with the prior install. They were thorough and explained each test performed and showed me the results. They were explained in a clear way and made complete sense to me.So, now that we found all the existing issues, how did the rest go. They showed up right on time and started to work immediately. They first trip had two of their techs and they were both very polite and did not mind me watching their work so I can learn some things and also my numerous questions. They answered them completely.Their work was extremely clean and professional. The quality was impeccable and everything that was redone looked perfect. The basically had to remove the entire air handler and rebuild all the areas inside the closet, re-route duct work, install new attic parts, etc. I can honestly say that they did a great job and were very professional. The house was left completely clean after and they definitely made what was a horrible experience with my original AC company into one that was pleasurable. Definitely go with Air Master from now on!

Let me start by saying that I'll never again allow my "handy husband" to do a job reserved for service professionals. Somehow, we managed to completely destroy our entire toilet, which was left leaking overnight. Utterly defeated, we called Plumbing Rescue, and Brody was at our doorstep within the hour.Not only was he professional and polite, he repaired everything that we'd completely destroyed - all with a smile! His estimate was almost exact, which was a relief after dealing with other companies who give an unrealistic estimate, only to upcharge later in the service. Brody even took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which was very impressive to me. Not only will we be using Plumbing Rescue again, we'll request Brody! Thank you to Plumbing Rescue from saving us from ourselves. Next time, we'll leave the plumbing to the pros.

I am not one to write online reviews, but felt compelled to do so after dealing with the fine folks at Plumbing Rescue. We had a small project, a 'whole house' water filter to be installed near our water in line, near the hot water heater in the garage. Prior to installation, I put a few bids out to other area plumbers, and really didn't get the feedback I was looking for, based on what the manufacturer told me to expect for installation costs on the unit. Plumbing Rescue seemed to be in line, and sent out an Operations Manager to scope our project. He was professional, timely and friendly. We agreed to do the deal and I am happy report the the Service Man who did the job shared similar qualities as the Operations Manager, moreover, the unit is working great and we are happy with the installation. So, Plumbing Rescue, highly recommended!
