If you wanna work somewhere you are treated like trash come to CBM. Tampa branch manager is Shane Oaks. He's pushing about 450 pounds of lard in charge. He was in the army as a radio operator but will tell you how he was special forces, routinely bragging about how many kills he has or why he's a badass. (He's not) Shane previously worked for arrow security where he wasn't allowed to work the armed contract at chuck e cheese because store management found him to be too creepy around the kids. Shanes 2 best friends Steve and Nick are also supervisors at this company this means that if you, Shane, Nick, and Steve are working an event together you will be the only one doing any work. But it gets better, Nick a 27 year old army vet who only managed 1 year in the military (does that include basic training?) Before he was removed for being psychotic, he was also kicked out of the police academy for the same reason. He believes he Is a trained ninja special forces operator. Are you seeing the theme here? If you are looking for a security company to hire or work for, I'd look elsewhere. These guys are the wannabe mall ninjas of the security world. Their uniforms don't match, they take every situation and blow it up, they have no sense of verbal judo or basic communication skills. Officer safety is a joke to them, they'd routinely send officers alone to handle disturbances or fights in progress. They also stay after their shifts end and hang out and drink beers in uniform while carrying firearms.

Incredibly overpriced!!! I just paid $327 to have the carpets in my 1400 sq ft apartment cleaned. Prior to their visit, I removed everything from the floor and moved furniture. I was not able to vacuum because mine had stopped working. The floor had tiny Lego parts and other small pieces of confetti and debris as a result of having four young children and meant only for a vacuum. Upon arrival, i asked the tech if he could vacuum for the additional fee noted on the company website. He stated they do not carry vacs on the truck suitable for vacuuming pieces of debris. The tech made a phone call and stated the possibility of rescheduling. The tech then recruited me for assistance in picking up every tiny bit of paper, etc on the floor. I went from room to room on hands and knees with my children watching. I got up almost every bit of small debris. The company charged me an additional $60 to "assist".their company with the extra work. They knew my desperation in getting the cleaning done that day. My child was returning home from a hospital stay. The company preyed on that piece of information and took advantage of my situation. In addition, the job was not the greatest and was noted by a visitor afterwards that it definitely did not look like I spent $327 on cleaning. Next time I will turn to the only true carpet cleaners, Team Green!

Tips & Advices
Homeowners can purchase carpet cleaners ranging from compact units to full-size industrial-strength machines. Some models specialize in removing allergens from pet hair, while others may work better on tough stains. Some carpet cleaners can be bulky and require ample storage space. Other features you may want to consider for in a cleaning unit include: attachments that work on upholstery, stairs, bare floors, or small spaces; brushes; and a removable hose.
Renting is usually much cheaper than owning a machine or hiring a service. But not all rental units perform equally, some might require extra drying time or the use of special solvents that will cost more. - Renting a unit means you must also move furniture yourself and pay close attention to ensure you're operating the unit correctly. Making a mistake could mean damaging your carpet or the unit itself. Improperly drying carpet could allow harmful bacteria and mold to grow.
Yes. This may involve specifying exactly what services you would like performed, as well as the size of your home's carpeted area. Make sure you understand exactly what is included in a quoted price. Some businesses may charge extra to move furniture, clean stairs, or use special treatment methods. Ask questions if any detail about the quote is unclear.
Decide which method you want to use by taking into consideration not only cost, but how long the process will take from start to finish, including drying time. Don't always go with the service offering the lowest price, or hire a service who advertises door-to-door or over the phone, unless you have done thorough research on them. Ask if the company conducts background checks on employees, as well as if they are insured in your state. Without liability insurance, a mistake that results in damage to your home or furniture may be your responsibility to pay for.
Using powerful solvents to break down dirt and stains, dry cleaning puts less physical stress on the carpet, and thus might be better in the long run. However, dry cleaning is usually more expensive than hot-water cleaning services. In addition, the chemicals used to dry clean carpets might irritate pets, people with sensitive skin, or anyone sensitive to strong odors.
