AWFUL company - more than a month after IRMA we still don't have a settlement for our claim due to the storm - tree in the roof. Most of the time their phones don't work, long wait times. The claims rep had the gall to tell us THEY would choose the repair providers!!! There is no way we would trust anyone they choose, PERIOD. Do yourself a favor, find someone else to insure your home.

AWFUL doesn't begin to describe it. More than a month after Irma, still nothing from the so-called insurance company! Despite filing a claim immediately after the storm, an adjustor has not been sent out even though we told them a pine tree landed in the house. DO NOT PURCHASE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE from this company. You will be disappointed.

The worst insurance company I have ever had. They are thiefs. They made me pay for two vehicles tow months after I have cancelled one vehicle. They said they are going to issue refund after 60 days. However, they never refunded me. Guys be aware when you buy their insurance
