Blanding Bail Bonds
Shady dealings. I posted bond for someone, paying $750 cash. Was told to sign all this paperwork and they informed me that I would be responsible for this party and their activities as far as court dates. When I called 30 days later to see what would be required of me to have my name removed from the bond I was then informed that I would have to pay $75 to have my name removed. However, the party who was out on bond decided to put someone else on the bond which is fine, but branding bond did not make the new signer pay anything and did not refund me my money. Nor did they notify me. That's like letting someone else sign for my loan free of obligation which I am sure is illegal. Mind you, I never signed anything to have my name removed from the bond. How is it I have to pay extra to have my name removed but any random person can sign with no financial obligation? Shady dealings and I will be following up with an attorney to discuss my legal options.

No Collateral Bail Bonds Corp
These people are very rude, the cursed at me and my mom for asking very simple questions. They told me and my family that on there term not the judge, that if this person was around the house his bond would be revoked. So I call this owner and he was so rude he told me he was coming to my house and threatened me, when all I was is polite. And ask him to please com down and stop swearing, he keeper up . I would advise you to take your business somewhere else

Tips & Advices
Bail bond premiums are not refundable. These are considered payment for the bail bond agent's services.
A co-signer is a person who arranges bail for another person. This individual pledges to post bond on behalf of the agent should the defendant fail to appear in court. Similarly, a co-signer will provide payment for the bail bondsman if the defendant does not do so.
Bail is set by a judge and determined by the crime in question, the defendant's criminal history, how likely that person will or won't show up to court, and other factors.
Collateral options include but are not limited to:
  • Vehicles
  • Real estate
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Jewelry
After a case is over, the bond is returned to the entity who posted it -- the bail bond agent or the defendant. Premiums paid to bail bondsmen generally are not returned.
