The service department has gotten very disappointing over the last few years. Just had an expensive repair due to a dirty engine filter. Was pointed out needing to be replaced AFTER my oil change a couple of months ago. Tried to bring it in two Saturdays ago after setting an appointment over the phone to also have the breaks replaced. Left after being told it would be over 3 hours. On Saturday this past weekend I had set an online appointment for 8 am the day before. When I got there there was no record in the system of my appointment. I even had my confirmation printout.

The help never happened and therefore everything is going up!!All the complaints, all the reviews.. and what's to come!"Bad Deal"Sold a vehicle with major issues. Have sent all this information to the state attorney as well. On December 13,2016 Purchased an Audi 2011 from Discovery auto Center which is located in Tampa Florida. The day I purchased this vehicle the check engine light on and I was told that eventually it would go away. On December 15,2016 vehicle was brought to tires plus due to a tire that was about to explode. Apparently the side tire had a seal in it. The sealed tire was replaced. Tire did not match the other tires, but was replaced by discovery auto center. Check engine light remained on till I took it to tires plus. I took the vehicle to tires plus on (01-20-217) and received the worst news ever. The car needed all new tires, tires were all bold. Tune up. (Was never given one) spark plugs. Alignment, oil change and to top it off, car was leaking gas. When tires plus did the check of where it was leaking gas, the discovery was - the oil gasket and panel had to be replaced which cost over 1000 dollars. I immediately called Discovery auto and they told me they couldn't really do anything. I got in contact with my sales rep Milo and he told me to bring car in. I brought car in on (2-03-2017) and was told that I had to leave the vehicle at the shop because it was un-drivable. Car was at the shop for 2 weeks getting repaired. Per the mechanic, everything involving the oil was replaced. Picked up the car after two weeks on (Feb13,2017)and within (2) days car was back at the shop for halting and sounds. Hose was broken and never replaced which Discovery Auto center charged me for. Took it to Tires Plus and got that fixed. Even after the major repair, (have receipts) car was still leaking and was told that it was drainage from the past leak. (I have my receipt for that as well)In the next couple of weeks, car had been making tough noises. I immediately called discovery mechanic and was told that it's a rough car and that the noise would go away. Noise is still there- has been there. Now - August 25,2017 - rattling has been added to the noise, took of up tires plus and the noise is there because it's been diagnosed with needing a motor. The whole job will cost over 15,000 to get it repaired. Car was purchased at 62,175 miles and currently has 67,100 miles.. Car has not been driven due to all the issues it came with.

WARNING!!!! Never ever buy a car from ROYAL AUTO TRADING Tampa!!! They traded me my $5500 mustang for a $2000 van that has a "new" engine in it.. It don't sound that bad right well it gets better... I loved my new van in my mind i thought it was worth it... Well I had the van for less than a week then the damn thing blowes a flipping gasket!!!! I have had it since july 20th and got to drive it for 5 flippin days!!! They refuse to fix it they won't trade me another van and they sold my mustang so they can't give me my car back!!! Then they have the audacity to say it's not there problem they lost money on my mustang and i still have to make payments...on a van that doesn't freakin run!! I'm informing everyone to never make the same mistakes. I did and don't perchance from these thefts!!!

I appreciate(d) Sebastian Manzano in sales who was friendly & approachable without being pushy. Nick Sankey in Finance was also a great guy who provided additional options absent of making me feel pressured. Great experience, definitely recommend them!

Purchased a 1971 VW Beetle convertible from Auto Gallery of Tampa on eBay that was described as having a strong motor, good brakes, and being rust free. (listing 142394473013) When I got it and took it to a VW expert for an inspection he found the engine had a broken connecting rod. The brakes hardly worked. The parking brake didn't work. There was substantial rust, including the drivers door lower hinge which cause the door to sag and not close properly. The passenger floor pan had been replaced improperly and the rear bumper mounts were heavily rusted. The seller was not responsive. Very poor customer service.
