Air Flow Designs Heating & Air Conditioning
Do not use Airflow designs for your HVAC repairs or anything related to your system. I called them to fix my AC and they didn't show up to the appointment and the next day when they did show up they didn't do the repair correctly and they had to come back a third time. Then while all this was going on and I was just trying to get my problem resolved their customer service manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. If I could give them a 0 I would and I will use another company.

Air Masters Of Tampa Bay
One week, and $10,000 later, we still did not have a working A/C unit. I have never been so disgusted and outraged with a company. Air Masters repeatedly ignored our phone calls, did not respond to our messages, and left us suffering in a home that was up to 92 degrees AT NIGHT. First, they sent out technicians that were not properly trained, and they set up the unit incorrectly. They eventually sent someone out who knew what they were doing, only after we called them nonstop for days. This technician could not stop shaking his head while he was looking at the mess that these amateurs had left. How is this acceptable? It shouldn’t take a week to install an A/C unit in a single family home. I may have been placated if the owner had returned my phone call to discuss all of this, but he had better things to do. Unfortunately for him, I will be posting my experience on every aspect of social media that I can get my hands on.

6-10-17 Diagnosed mold on coil. Charged $1,063.00 for cleaning. install UV light. A/C not fixed.6-25-17 Diagnosed coil leak. Recommended replacing 3.5 yr. old Lennox a/c under 10 yr. warranty with $7,200. a/c - reason: Lennox known for faulty coils. Repairs would be endless and costly. Ordered new a/c and canceled less than 10 hours later. A $500.(+) charges for canceling. 7-2-17 2nd company ordered replacement coil and documented: mold on coil and back panel not cleaned, also inexpensive UVC element with low output installed. Comfort Tech responded, charges would remain.

And Services
I have been using And services going on 4 years and always have been satisfied but this recent issue showed me what the company is made of.I was taught anyone will give you great customer service when they want your business the question is will they continue that great customer service when you have an issue. I purchased a new A/C unit August 2016. It was running fine and then issues started, I panicked and with good reason, this was a brand new A/C unit and into less then a year...issues. I called And and spoke with Debbie who is wonderful and she transferred me to Edgar who listened calmly and empathetically to my concern he went out of his way to take care of this issue immediately. He sent a service man, when that failed he sent his top 2 service men Randy and Miles, at 2 different times. They researched and found the issue was a part within the a/c handler, it had a defect from the manufacturer. Edgar went into overdrive to get this problem rectified. He sent a team out, Tomak and Shaffick to fix the issue, this team worked excellent together and were very professional and I was very pleased with the results. As I stated in the beginning, anyone will give you great customer service, but it is when problems arise that a Company will show its true colors. And Services is a Company that has proven its accountability.Thank You.Stacey C.

Comfort Tech Home Services
I took the time to read the reviews for this company and it is completely mind blowing. Certain customers are upset and say unprofessional because they double checked a problem to ensure proper diagnosis. Another was the rep is professional, but things are supposed to be dropped out of a hat because they requested to. Another one only two stars for being late, the other reviews were more accurate. My service call was at 12am midnight and was in shock they even came out. Normally business's call and schedule the appointment for next day, I was taken care of as PRIORITY. To me that is great customer service! This company took the time to inform me my issues on my unit. No it was not to buy a new unit. My system was clean and my tech showed no other issues and informed us we have a great unit to last us a couple more years. It's sad certain customers would bash a great company to try and get something for free. My tech was Matthew, he reached 5 mins early, explained every part to the air conditioner to me to better understand any possible problems. My system is 8 yrs old and I thought they would try to sell me a new one but Matthew stated I didn't need one. That's honesty! I would recommend them and use them all the time!
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
