Carol's Critters
Every time I've been in Carols I've left with a smile from cheek to cheek. I always go there for all of my aquarium needs and even questions. Every time I've been in I've only had more than great customer service as all the staff that work in their area seem to be well educated and armed with personal experiences in the department they're in. I've asked questions as a newbie, borderline off the wall to specifics in random conditions and I've always gotten a excellent answer that has gotten excellent results. I suggest Carols to anyone who has any pet needs as a first stop because if they do have it, it's almost certainly cheaper than the big retail and if it's not than its close. I've never had any bad experience any of the countless times I've been. And as I've asked around, Carols Critters is a long time established business that has ALWAYS been a under rated business that should get way more credit for the excellent service they provide. We all love you Carol and all your Critter staff!

Pet Supermarket
I went in there for the first time today and was extremely impressed! Super clean, very competitive prices, beautiful animals with a wide assortment of fish, and they even do cat adoptions. I will be coming back soon to look at getting a fish tank for my new apartment!

PetSmart
They make other pet stores jealous I bet. The people in here are very professional and I can see the love that they have for all of the pets out there.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
